BIONICLE Sights: The Shadowood Forest of Driah
The Shadowood Forest is a location in Driah, the homeland in which the Shadow Matoran reside. This forest is named after the numerous trees under the same name of Shadowood. The trees are given their name for having wood as black as shadow. Though it tends to look constantly vacant, it's not. Many Rahi actually reside in this forest. Most of the Rahi residing here are nocturnal due to adapting to the prolonged daytimes in Driah, hence why there are little to no Rahi during the daytime like in this shot. The Rahi known for living here are Shadow Cacklers, Eclipse Wolves, Wind Callers (coming soon), Macabre Goats (coming soon), and several insects, like the poisonous Makuta Beetle (coming soon). This forest will be a setting in BIONICLE: The Grand Escape.
