Valera shoved the drawer of the filing cabinet firmly shut and turned to look at the people who seemingly wanted her attention. Today was filing day, although technically every day was filing day, and she was under the impression that it would be a quiet day. 

Evidently not.

First it had been nothing but rumors. Things she'd heard during some hunts. Other demons starting to talk about one of the higher ones searching for a certain hunter. A female one and problaby gifted. Alice knew there was also some truth behind those rumors. In the beginning, she had planned to deal with it on her own. But then... well, she'd not been successful last time, who could guarantee her this fight would end different. But then again, who could she ask for help? Which unter would be insane enough to fight against a high demon? If she was honest, Alice knew the answer herself. Two very special hunters who would do such a thing without hesitation. So, after some thinking about it, she ended up with sending an email to Will Herondale

Hello Will,

how are things going for you and Jem? I know I should have asked you earlier, but I am already sitting in the plane on my way back to London, and... I fear i'll have to ask you for help. If it doesn't work I will problaby ending up with just flying back, so maybe let me know if I can count on you or not.
