It's absurd how any account can get it, even mine who's only been here for a short time.

Here is a good guide for anyone that might need it or going through a similar thing. This one also helped me when I was in shadowban.

My 2 cents is that after you send the appeal, you don't reply to the initial bot email, my fatal mistake is replying to it and in my experience it's going to slow you down more.
