Technically part 3 but shhhh.... Valtiel is the building janitor, he lives in the basement. Frank has offered him to move to one of the vacant aparments but he is okay living there, machinery sounds are calming to him. He is often fixing or turning some valve. He has scars on his face and is very probable that he is blind from one eye. He shurgs everytime someone asks. Claudia once said he used to be a guide for her community but hasn’t expand on it. He can’t speak very well, choping words and talking in small sentences.

Heather was scared of him until he helped her to get back home after she got lost on the basement. Since then he became another uncle to her, she gives him drawings and he often have tea with the girls. Alessa didn’t know what to feel towards him, he is part of her past, the past that hurt her so much but at the same time he defyed the order and helped to fuck them up, is confusing but in the end Val is a chill guy who want the best for her and her family.

Lisa lives alone and has recently divorced from her abusive husband. She isn’t related to the other Lisa but both found funny that they share name so they would joke around and confuse people.  She is suprised by the amount of support she recived of the other tenants when they learnt what happend to her. She is very grateful to have such good people to help her recover.
