It was a gorgeous led experience with yoga, singing, setting and releasing of intentions, invocation and peace. Thank you for it all @shasha_crow 💗. This gemstone mandala was made up with some of Sha Sha's recommended crystals for the workshop. Working from the centre out: 🌟Iron Pyrite - connected to the Solar Plexus Chakra, this stone energises & helps to focus your mind. 🌟Sunstone - connected to the Sacral Chakra, this stone encourages creativity and positivity, keeping you self confident and driven to achieve your goals. 🌟Black Tourmaline - connected to the Root Chakra, this stone keeps negative energy at bay creating a strong protective and detoxifying aura around the holder. 🌟Citrine - connected to the Solar Plexus Chakra, this stone uplifts and restores positive beliefs. It helps to clarify new paths when clear intentions are set with it. 🌟Crystal Quartz - this stone I added for it's ability to amplify the energy of the other stones and it's strong connections to spiritual development 🌈 Finished with Sha Sha's chosen mantra for the workshop - 'Om Mata Kali, Kali Durge Ma'. Evening all! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ So - This is a metaphor for my life - (no no no. More messing about with maps, mittens and kittens... this little one has been missing the boys who have been away staying with friends - they came back tonight, a bit of a train adventure for them travelling on their own for the first time - anyway - happy #NationalPetDay!! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Do I sound excited to be saying that? Honestly? Welcoming Kipper the Kitten into our family is the best thing we’ve ever done!! Do you have a pet? Or did you as a child? Ok - I’ve been hibernating. 🍊 Which is apt as this is the last couple of days of our #sgiew_hibernate hashtag challenge with our sponsor and guest judge @alfiesstudio - {see link in profile for mega prize}. Not entirely sure what’s going on with me at the mo, must be the weather 😜 did have a really random Saturday yesterday - 📖 Read a bit more of The Lady in the van (thanks so much to you all for your suggestions on my last post) then went to see the ⚽️ Chelsea game, met some wonderful ex Chelsea players - was in a posh VIP box, with hot chocolate and cosy blankets - random and completely “off brand” granted, but was actually very entertaining- “SOCCER!” ⚽️ followed by a dash to Berkshire for a friend’s really fun 50th - 🕺 so have been sitting by the 🎄 Christmas Tree, watching #TheForceAwakens with the boys this afternoon after mostly (only) eating pancakes and homemade scones so well and truly back in full hibernation mode... oh and making orange peel garlands (will share a video in the week if I get time and you’d like me to?
