#severe panic attack

Had the worst panic attack I've experienced since I got electrocuted a couple years ago. The neighbors boyfriend decided to beat her up and didn't care that their toddler had to watch/hear his mother screaming for help. Babe and I ran outside to make sure she was okay and we walked by just in time to see him twist her arm super hard, almost breaking it, and threw her into the house. I've never witnessed something as disturbing/violent as that and it really bothered me. As soon as I got into the house I immediately ran to the bathroom and heaved my nonexistent guts out while hyperventilating. For a split second I felt bad for freaking out but fuck. People shouldn't even be treating each other like that. Sadly everyone is so desensitized to it all and if you show the slightest bit of emotion, that just so happens to be a natural response, you need to "man the fuck up". What a sad, sad world.

I had such a horrible panic attack I just now settled down i was hyperventilating shaking with alligator tears I couldn't feel my body just the occasional heart palpitation which hurt immensely and it lasted for two hours dear god
