I'm from Europe and I've finished the game last night, as have my friends. Everyone i know that has finished the game, is very pissed at this. Some are still playing and saying this is the best game ever, but that will change as soon as they have seen the ending(s)

I voted in the other topic, but I also wanted to leave my opinion here, even though I doubt they will read it. I didn't play Mass Effect from the start, I only heard about it, when the second part was out and a lot of people talked about it. So i started playing ME1 while everyone was already playing ME2. I loved it, I have never played a game, that i loved this much. The story, the characters, everything was just pure awesome. When i was done with ME1 most of the ME2 DLCs where already out, so I played them as well and i I loved it even more than ME1. I played it through several times and I was looking forward to playing the next game.  Now, I have finished ME3 and I'm left with......nothing. Not only were the endings horrible and really sad, the whole story didn't make sense anymore. The idea behind the reapers is that they wipe out advanced organics so that the organics cant be killed by the synthetics? really?! The whole third game was very predictable and there wasn't any moment other than the end, that would leave you with a "WTF just happened" feeling.  I kept playing cause I hoped that the end would make up for it. But what kind of end is this really? First we don't really get to fight anyone, no big badass endboss we have to kill, just some lame kiddie that gives us two (or three) stupid choices. Some people say endings like this are realistic. We are playing a game here, a scifi game, it's not supposed to be realistic, its supposed to be fun and make you happy. If i wanted realism I wouldn't play any games like that.  I want my character to save the freaking galaxy and life happily ever after with a bunch of kids OR the idea that one day there might be some more advantures to play. I cared about my character and the crew of my ship for three games, I did EVERYTHING for them. loyality missions, upgrade their gear, upgrade my ship, do all kind of stupid chores, mine all the planets that i possibly could for resources, later on scan them for war assents. And then i have to watch my character die and my crew stranded god knows where, most likely going to die too?!  Before I started playing ME3 i planned on starting a new char in ME1 and import it to ME2 and play that and then import the char to ME3 and play it through again but now I don't feel like playing any of the ME titles anymore. this ending didn't just ruin one game for me, it ruined the whole series and it's doubful i will ever buy a DLC for it, if there will be more than the one thats already out there, unless they give other ending options.  My will to play any of these games died with my character.
