Your tagging system is so rich. How do you find the time to write everyone's url, sort the main themes on the post and your own personal tags? long time admirer here.

Gotta Type Fast >:3
But srsl, I guess most of it is just training? Like: I studied history and polisci(which is just history renamed to sound more “scientific” after WWII to cash in on the science/future/technician-craze of that era) in college(and would have done logic too if 1)they’d let me and 2)they hadnt forced you out of the philosophy department and into programming courses past sophmore-lvl classes.), and those fields are Very Big on both proper citing(hence crediting everyone for their posts), and reading&writing papers. Reading&writing papers requires notetaking, and effective notetaking requires labeling each notecard for relevance so you dont have to actl read them for content once you’re rifling through them for your references during the writing-phase, and for me that meant, essentially, tagging. Of course there are OTHER ways -color-coding, card indexes, etc etc- but I’ve always just pref’d labeling which, like I said, is just tagging before tagging was a Thing.
And on top of that, of also course, is my natural historian’s love for footnotes, effectively what tagcommentary IS, and my similar interest in laconic/terse wit? Saying allot with a little(gee; I wonder why I like haikus :p :p). And also also having a good, consistent tagging system means not having to rely on your memory so much/being able to easily crosscheck it. So partly it’s Fast Type, partly it’s training, partly it’s predilection, and partly it’s mnemonical ^v^ ^v^ ^v^
