Staring down at a flat wooden surface, a paper in front of him, a writing utinsel in his hand, Seti stares. He couldn't say how long he had been sat there at this spot, just staring. Slowly he lift his head up though as he heard his own voice from the front of the room. In front of him was a large screen with moving images on it. Seti assumed it was one of those 'movies' Sean had explained to him. Glancing around, he turns his head, a strange feeling coming over him, he almost felt light headed.
His body had felt like his soul was detaching a little from itself. It wasn't exactly a great feeling. Blinking, he heard his voice once again and this time had looked to the large screen just in time to see himself on the screen, dressed pretty strangely " What is that...My name isn't Elliot." He looked concerned as he brought his gaze back away from the screen. Not liking staring at the screen for too long. He felt like he might get cursed and maybe his soul was actually being stolen by the screen. Seti decided to then look around.
As he was looking around he noticed something strange about all the people around him, most of them had faces he couldn't remember on them. Almost like they would blur themselves from his mind the moment he looked away. That made the unsettling feeling in his gut start growing " Where am I... Where is..." He frowned in confusion " Where's Sean, where's Julian...How did I get wherever this..." His breathing hitched for a moment as he felt himself beginning to panic. Something was definitely not right. The last thing he could remember was sleeping next to Sean.
Yet none of this had seemed anything like Sean's room, or Egypt, or even anywhere in Wonderland. Gripping tightly onto the pencil in his hand, his other hand clenching into a fist on the paper below it Seti inhaled deeply. Though his eyes were drawn to the back of a male's head as he noticed some familiar dark hair sitting several rows ahead of him " Hm?" Narrowing his eyes on the male he watched them as they were writing things down and looking up to the screen every now and again.
When they had finally turned their head to respond to the person they had been sitting next to Seti felt like he had been smacked in the face " I recognize that nose!" Seti pointed " Sean! What the hell is this, do you have something to do with it?" Seti said only Sean didn't even take notice of it. No one had. Seti looked around " I know he heard me." Â Seti muttered then going to push himself up but he quickly found that he couldn't move "What..." He shifted a bit but still, he couldn't get up.
After a while of still trying to get Sean's attention and being ignored, and unable to get up from his seat he gave up and started watching whatever in the hell was showing on the screen. A lot of it...all of it, was mostly just strange stories that had many of the characters using his face " Face stealers. I don't remember doing any of this." Seti muttered " What the hell is a Rami Malek?.. How do you even say that first name..." He muttered before moving to write the question down on the paper, almost against his will, his hand had just moved, scribbling down all manner of gibberish.
Finally it was over and he was allowed to stand up. Sean however had made his own way quickly into the crowd leaving Seti to chase after him. He tried to call out to Sean but still the other had seemed to either be ignoring him or couldn't hear him in the crowd of people. Finally, Seti had made it to a hallway where a lady was leading the group and talking about something he wasn't paying much attention to. However they came to a language where the lady had pointed out a man that looked exactly like Seti, though seemed a bit more stuck up than him.
Again that name  "Rami Malek..." Seti had watched as Sean walked over to the male and started flirting with that Rami guy as both Sean and other members of their group asked the ...What the lady had called the male 'actor', what life was like playing in the many roles he had been in. Seti was pushed to the background during this, unable to break the line. It seemed as well no one had even noticed that he had looked like the guy they were all interviewing. Seti had continued to watch Sean however until eventually they were all shuffled off again.
Some time passed before Seti had been able to catch up to Sean again, this time the other was surrounded by people that looked just like Sean had " Uh..." Seti had looked between the many Sean looking people that had been flocking together in utter confusion. But he could see his Sean standing out in the crowd. There had been something special about Sean that made it easy for Seti to pick him out in such a sea of doppelgangers. Moving with the rest of the group they were all taken into a room where another large screen was on display. Seti was ushered toward the center rows and made to sit there as Sean was placed in the back rows behind him.
Seti had spent most of his time then, glancing back at Sean and trying to just get the others attention, just a look, a glance. Maybe, he thought, Sean just hadn't seen him, hadn't heard him. He was willing to give him the benefit of the doubt. All Sean had to do was just look at him. Squirming as he tried to turn to watch the other heavily pet and fondle his own lookalikes Seti made a face, only to finally see that Sean had looked right at him as he was fondling someone who had looked exactly like Sean. He felt a sharp stab in his chest as it seemed the other had been intentionally doing all of this to him, and continued being touchy feeling with the doppelganger as it was sitting in Sean's lap.
Seti shot up in bed letting out a gasp, his hand shooting up to his chest as the sharp pain in his chest had continued, even as he sat up in bed waking up from his strange dream " It was only a dream?...It felt so real..." Seti mumbled to himself, tears inching down his cheeks as the sadness he felt in his dream had seemed to be taking form in the real world, as tears " He wouldn't look at me...He was only interest in that Rami guy, and anyone with his own face..." Seti had whispered as he breathed heavily trying to calm himself.
" What was the dream telling me? Was it anything? Or just...strange." Seti swallowed thickly before reaching his hands up as he continued to cry, trying to keep the tears wiped away from his face. Curling up though he couldn't stop himself. The dream had hurt too much it seemed. Sniffling he continued rubbing his hands over his eyes, still trying to keep the tears from soaking the blanket. Even though Sean had been sleeping right next to him at that moment, he couldn't stop himself from crying over what Sean in the dream had made him feel like.
