Add the proper amount of liquid to the bag and mix by squeezing the bag until there are no more clumps. Cut a small hole in the bottom corner of the bag. Heat the skillet with a little bit of cooking oil. Squeeze a pancake amount of batter. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Cook one side until firm enough to flip and then cook through. Serve with toasted almonds topping and maple syrup. Continue cooking the rest of the batch up.
