Sea-urchin Dessert / Deniz Kestanesi Tatlısı / ウニのデザート Ingredients Dough 250 gr butter 2 eggs 1 cup semolina 1/2 cup powdered sugar 1 package vanilla 1 package baking powder 1 tspn carbonate 3 cups flour Top 1 cup blue poppy seeds 1/2 cup milk Nuts 1 egg white Sherbet 2 cups sugar 4 cups water 1/2 lemon juice 3-4 cloves Directions For making the sherbet, put sugar and water in a cooking pan,when it is boiling add lemon juice and clove,boil them for 5 minutes together.Then wait for cooling. For making the dough, put butter,eggs,powdered sugar, semolina, vanilla,carbonate and baking powder in a mixing bowl,add flour until you make a soft dough. Take little pieces from the dough,roll them,cover with milk and poppy seeds,put them in a baking tray. Cover nuts with egg white and put them onto the dough pieces. Bake them in preheat oven at 180 C for 25-30 minutes.When it baked ,wait for cooling 5 minutes and add sherbet on it.Wait 2 hours at least,then it is ready to eat.
