❀ What has made you completely lose your chill?

I have no problem apologizing to someone when I made a mistake or did something stupid by accident. Really. I can admit failures and mistakes, nobody’s perfect. If you have an issue with me and address it, but you’re in the wrong, I’ll explain my behavior and MAYBE still apologize, if I somehow disturbed or offended you. However, if you keep bitching at me after I apologized, there is a 88% chance I will blow up in your face.A couple of years ago something like that happened to me and my sister when we were on a train home. We had lunch on the way and put our empty food containers on the ground between our feet, because they were a bit greasy and we didn’t want to hold them all the way. OBVIOUSLY we had every intention of taking them with us when we got off at our station. But some older guy thought he had to come and call us all kinds of nasty things and bitch at us for littering public areas and whatnot, so I calmly told him that we’re not littering, we’d just put it down there temporarily and would take it with us when we got off. At first he seemed to understand and accept that, but after a deep breath continued to insult my sister and me, which I am just not having. The following argument got a bit more heated, because that guy was just looking for a fight and I won’t just take being insulted by someone so rude, and escalated completely when he (a 50+ guy) decided to hit me (a then under 18 year old girl) in the face. Luckily we were close to the driver’s compartment of the train and he stopped the train to get the guy to get off at the next stop. Still gets my blood boiling when I think about it.

Sera paused once she got caught, eyes flicking between the cup in her hand and the other bewildered redhead in the room. It was so obvious she was raised as an only child. Was she opposed to sharing? Sheesh! Jonathan allowed her to borrow his sweaters all the time when she was cold… “I’m practicing being an unassuming mundane.” Following that answer, and a sip from the mug, she dropped her typical accent and mimicked her sister’s voice. “You never know when it’ll come in handy to be you. Plus, your little Simon friend called the house earlier and said something about viewing an… infinite war? It sounded intriguing, so I agreed that you – I – would go. I didn’t know mundanes watched battles for fun…”

                           ❝hey..." jace smirked as he pulled sera from behind and buried his face on her neck. this was about the fifth time he interrupted her studies or training today, but he didn’t quite care. he had told her to take the day off, but sera had insisted on keeping at least SOME normalcy, and jace had insisted on making sure it was still a special day. 

he’d already woken her up with breakfast in bed, along with a dark wooded small easel by the bed, he’d seen sera eye at the pawn shop before (the swan heads, just another proof of how much he loved her). he pressed several kisses to her face and let her go, before making his way around her and smiling brightly as he wrapped his arms around her waist, kissing her cheek again. 

“don’t forget. you owe me dinner tonight.” he spoke warmly against her skin. the next day they’d have an institute dinner party, but not that night, that night sera was all his. he cupped her face and ran his thumb alongside it, golden eyes lost on her as they usually got. “happy birthday.” he chuckled suddenly as he realized he hadn’t said the exact words yet. he’d given her gifts and gave her breathtaking kisses just because along the day, and praised her, but he hadn’t said the exact phrasing before. he tapped his thumb on her nose.
