Passing conversations, small, and forgettable. A passing face in the crowd was one thing, talking with him was another. At the park no less, greenery and bird chirping was all anyone really needed to breath.
A break from the isolation that was a 9-5, confined spaces and fake personalities. Beneath an old oak, soft breeze passing in breaths. Passing chatter of conversations and cars hum by, everyday life present.
Creaking metal swings echo through the quiet. Leaves floating over the concrete with crunched edges, scuffing the sidewalk with its sound. The Alpha met him there, two benches beside the other.
An alpha sitting alone, taking in the fresh air and nature around himself. Scent lightly fragrant within his personal space, not over barring or intrusive; present. Conversations between them started small, light conversation turned companionship.
Papers and files spread over the Higuruma's deck, sat in the middle flipping through documents as he always was. Years had passed, the two creating their own sacred space with each other. From passed clothing to living with each other, the part were inseparable.
"New client?" The alpha questioned, hand rubbing over the other's shoulder.
Wafting scent surrounding them both, reassuring and all reviving. Feeling the moment he relaxes, muscles releasing beneath his hand with an exhale. Leaning back to his touch, pulling low purrs from the omega.
"Mhm…" The room felt like an airtight bubble, lungs in taking what's left. Eyes flickering over his lover's work, chin resting on his shoulder. "Wish I had more time to spend with you." The alpha presses a kiss to his temple, muttering his words into his omega's hair.
"How about a break?"
Decks chair creaks as the alpha presses another kiss, arms embracing Higuruma. "I have lunch and a fresh cup of coffee waiting in the living room." He adds, brushing through his lover's hair before leaving the room. An almost silent whine follows through the hallway, his smile widens with each step.
Catching him settling beside the alpha on the couch, shoulders and legs colliding as the omega finds a comfortable spot. Steaming cup in hand, body finding peace with his alpha's. Cuddled close, oxidizing mossy scent exuding from the omega, purrs crawling from his lower chest.
The alpha's own mute, lower notes and softer as his scent was. The feeling of ghosted kiss pressed to the alpha's shoulder, a silent thank you he lived for.
His inner alpha was completely restless without the man near, it became especially worse during his ruts. Prickly with each shift, skin heated through sweat. The familiar ache setting within his bones, longing becoming a core need.
Memories of the omega teasing him with kisses, leaning in close mouthing with heavy breaths and promised whispers. Waves of his aching rut now a blunt pulse. His ruts were often fast, spending only two to four days apart.
Only they hit harder than most Alphas can handle alone. This one in particular landing in the middle of an ongoing case. Face nuzzling his sheets and soaked pillow, scent unusually thick and heavy, marking the bedroom room.
Mind blinking in and out of reality, only holding out on his delectable omega's clothing. The man long gone for the day on a case, leaving his alpha to his instincts. A half-mess half-nest disaster coating the bed and floor. Sheets ripped and clothes sprawled everywhere, the alpha laid bare and exhausted at the center of it.
Vision hazy, mind rut repeating over his needs from his omega. His proximity, scent, and body haunting his every thought. Hours blended to slow closing eyelids blinks, the ache slightly now subsided.
Find himself surrounding by the omega within hazy vision. His sultry scent pouring over the alpha laid cuddled up to his chest. Arms bound around him, body heat radiating off in waves. Familiar chest on his back and legs tangled. Bodies lay bare to one another, heated and cool skin pleasantly pressed.
The Alpha's own arms both holding and squeezing back. Shuddered breath waft over his neck, small repeated nuzzles of the omega's cheek. A pair of soft lips trailing over his shoulder and spine.
Relief floods, his scent love sick and dipping happily. Slowing turning within Higuruma's arms, lips attaching eagerly to soft skin. Nuzzling his face into the omega's chest.
A shaky hand reaches to touch his cheek. His fingers light running through his hair, racking over his scalp softly. "You haven't been sleeping well again…" whispered, afraid to break the fragile moment.
A sleepy chuckle rumbles from his throat, "Missed you." Feeling a thumb running over his cheek, he mouths over the omega's shoulder. Reassuring his presence, steadying his beating heart.

Leon Kennedy x Male Reader | Work do be working me, but I finally have another Leon fic! Yippee!!!
Preview: "If you keep staring it'll start hurting."
"Saying I can't stare at you now?" His eyes helplessly flickered over Leon, smile pulling a soft chuckle from the other. Aged but no less handsome and perfect as he always is.
Huffed chuckle exhaled as Leon embraces him, chin hooking his shoulder as he replies, "No, I love it when you stare."
Warnings: happens both before and after the re9, slight infected Leon(only in beginning), fluff, slight comfort in the beginning, Y/N not used, Not edited or beta read
WC: 463 | Leon List
Faint at first, barely noticeable. Coloration slightly off, but not enough to warrant worry. Heart beginning to recoil as weeks past, vein-like skin cells raised over. Day by day dark blotches began seeping, dark murky patches peppered over his hand.
Fingers running around, careful not to wake or hurt the other. Chest sinking with each pasting thought, from hopeful to fearful. Leon's soft breathing consistent and steady, cuddled up and warm as always. Staining patch of hungry blotches on his neck now stretched to his shoulder, light purples and yellow follow clouds of charcoal veins.
Nuzzling against Leon, face pressing to firm muscle. Breaths following the others as eyelids turn heavy, in synchronized peace. A joined sanctuary despite the growing unknown, the night before his mission.
"If you keep staring it'll start hurting."
Nights were considered sanctuary in his eyes, without him a cold void remained. Sheets thin and pillow no longer soft, furnace of warmth arriving late in the night. Soft thuds of foot steps growing closer, door creaking open after it click. Moments later muscle of heat meets his back, arms wrapping around him tight. Head nuzzling his shoulder, thumb lightly rubbing over his arm.
In a blink he found himself awake. The smell of fresh cooked eggs and brewing coffee used to make him gag during his childhood, the constant smell always mixed in with fluffy pancakes and bacon. Now though, he welcomed it with an eager appetite. His tongue watering as the scent called to him.
The sizzling of eggs reminded him to turn down the stove before pouring the alluring bean water into two separate mugs. Steam wafts from both ceramic cups, an air of homely warmth vaporizing with the breakfast scent. He’s then broken out of his trance, the soft steps of ’s sturdy leather shoes ricocheting down the hallway.
Y/N turns with a loving grin, "Morning." He soothes, gaze taking in his lover. Skin smooth along muscle and bone, rough texture laminated in its wake. Imperfect as all things are, fingers running over mended skin cells and bruised muscle. Clean of bruises and added scratches, Leon looked to almost glow before him. Taking him in, tied eyes the moon light only enhancing his appearance. Softening the firm lines of age and darkened shadows.
"You’re chipper this morning." He retorts, feeling Leon's hands finding their way on his waist.
Pressing a slow kiss to his temple, he mutters. "Just happy to be home."

The hero's words took a second to process, no judgment or pressure lining his tone. A genuine question, almost startling the younger hero. "…boys."
Warnings: Reader spirals fairly quick, self doubt, reader is kinda clumsy, reader has almost no confidence, readers crush is on Tenya iida because I like him(not because I have a fic for him, totally not the reason), hawks encouraging reader, no use of Y/N, not edited

"I'm fine, there's no need to worry about me."
A phrase that had become expired gum in his teeth, stringy and clumped together. His comforting fall back behind warm cheeks and a racing heart.
He was fine, until his long time crush on Tenya Iida grew over his control. Losing sleep was the first step he'd noticed, a few hours he'd waved off. But when he'd started seeing the sun through his blinds for the pass two weeks he'd noted to sleep earlier that night.
And the worst having is crush corner him in concern. Walking along side him after school, houses not too far apart from the other. "Have you been doing alright? I've noticed some changes in your behavior." A slight pause, almost apprehensive as he adjusted his glasses. Gaze magnetizing toward the other.
Brain void of thoughts, words scattered even as he replied. "Oh, just trouble sleeping. No sleep just makes me all…spacey." Hand fiddling with his bag, his own eyes elsewhere. Occasionally flickering back to the hero, eye contact was a dangerous spot. One second too long, a blink of want and he'd know. He had too right?
"I see, so that's why you've been sleeping on your desk before class."
Having an excuse to talk to only him, no distractions. He face warmed over with that thought, a hand raising to chase away his blooming emotion. "Y-yeah.." He replies, his mind racing over that actual reason of seeing him in the morning.
Heart racing over the known reason, he's worried over him. But not in the way he worries over the other. Not in the way he wants him to, how could he, he doesn't even like him like that. Would he even see a chance of being in a relationship with him? Would he's family approve of him?
Would he even be worth the trouble at all…
Chest tightening as he breaths through a tightened jaw, "I'm sorry if I've been worrying you." Refusing to face him, gaze at his feet in blame and guilt.
Too busy within his self-doubt to witness the other's heart exposure, a stiff hand extending shaky fingers. Worry-ridden eyes lingering only to blink away with the shine of his glasses, "There is no need for your apology, perhaps a change in sleep schedule would help?"
He nods, the remains of a smile playing at the edge of his lips. "Yeah, I'll try that.."
He needed to focus on something else, distract himself from his stupid heart. Maybe even forget he has a crush all together!
If only it was that easy, a week ago he'd ran into four civilians during a fight, destroyed a building when dodging a hit, and the villain in question got away from him two days after. It was non-stop, completely hit a wall.
Emotionally he was a mess distracted and isolating himself entirely, from school to work. Over and over again, hoping change would spark.
Now, he sat on the entrance steps to the hero agency, dead staring the street a few feet away. Air waves from cars passing washed over him, a choking quiet holding the open space.
The pass few months of hero work slowed, he'd noticed the busy work piling up as opposed to the normal day patrol and villain fighting. File organizing, paperwork, and assistance for the second hero himself.
"Keep up the good work, you'll be out of the coup in no time!" The hero left with a thumbs up and a stylized wink, leaving the younger holding the fifteenth box to open and organize.
Even with all the busy work he still found a way to fuck up. Important papers missing, files mixed up, and coffee spills multiplying. There was only so many times he could utter the word 'sorry' before it started to sound like an excuse.
All that and his brain still returned to Tenya, imagination twisting the other to disappointment. Flashed fake visions passed through with rapid shapes. Taunting him at every possible scenario.
A beginning of a spiral he had enabled, lungs restricted by surrounding muscle and bone. He eases his inhales slow, steadying his heart beat.
"You okay, kid?" A voice, Hawks questioned. His mentor that had recently given him leeway to his heroism. Even with his frequent mess ups and mistakes, he offered Y/N space to grow.
More so an eye on him then holding his hand, something he planned to personally thank him on. Shaking his head as he hid his face, refusing to meet the other with glossy-stained eyes.
A shuffle of wings creep-ed closer ruffled clothing beside him. Assuming the hero is now sat next to him. He hums out after a long pause, "Boys or homework?"
The hero's words took a second to process, no judgment or pressure lining his tone. A genuine question, almost startling the younger hero. "…boys."
"It's ruining everything, I'M ruining everything…" He sniffles, frustration coating his words.
Hands rubbing away at his face, "No matter what I do it's always wrong. And-and this stupid crush is just the icing on the cake."
"Does he know?"
Another head shake, pouting as he replies. "No, I don't even think he likes me like that. He's too nice and sweet and understanding to everyone and I'm just…me." His voice shakes out to a whisper, shoulders shrugged at his last word.
The top hero chuckles, "I find it hard to believe he won't want to get to know you."
"You're just saying that to make me feel better…" He mutters out weakly, hands rubbing over his arms.
"If it's who I think it is, he'll be more then happy about your confession."
Hope bubbling up with his words, awaiting the blonde answer. Perking up, turning towards Hawks.
A soft push thrust-ed him to his wobbly feet. "Come on kid, go get 'em!"

Tenya iida x Male Reader | Confession, I've always wanted to write for iida. Might have two other fics for him in the future <3
Preview: "Correct, seems we're already compatible in combat. One less thing for me to worry over." The other hero observed Y/N nods eagerly. Mind running over their first combative collaboration.
"I promise I can pull my weight in paper work just as effectively." He adds, with a grin.
Warnings: Y/N is used(along with H/N), Implied fights with a couple villains, first meeting, passing time(my pacing is ass ngl), confession, not edited

"Duck handsome, I gotcha ya six!" Walking through clouds of dust and smoke, taking out two villains behind the other hero. Raising from the ground an unrecognizable figure approaches his side, grin plaster over his face. Hero suit tattered and ripped, yet he stands without a scratch. A foreign hero his brother mention in passing, vaguely recalling his merging contract crossing his desk a few days prior.
Hands tightening his gear, metal clicks and snaps with each pull as he continued, "I've called for back up and all civilians have been clear out from this block down." At the ready to fight, eyeing the other hero.
"What's your call?" Somehow leaving Tenya speechless in his presence, the glint in his eye far beyond any heroic shine. Most would call crazed and unsettling, too wide, too eager for violence. In this situation however, a rumble of the earth below summoned an audience.
And the two heroes remain, fist clenched as they share a step foreword. "Follow my lead."
"Copy that!"
From the outside the two hero's looked to be working together flawlessly, with each hit, defensive counter, and block. The strangers worked in perfect sync, eventually capturing the villain.
Chatter of the newly heroes arrive at the scene attracted fans, cameras, and a crowd. Shuttered clicks and over-hyped exciting yells inhabited the street past caution tape, the other side busy with policemen and the hero in question.
Standing beside the truck as the villain in custody is dragged in, a policeman pulls him aside asking the usual questions. Flipping his notebook closed he gives a tight lipped smile. "You're a long way from home, H/N."
He smiles, bashful as his eyes falter below. Drifting along the sidewalk ahead, pinpointing his soon to be partner in heroism. "For now, seems like a decent place to settle, plus I hear opportunities are always developing around the corner."
"Indeed they will." The other finished off with, leaving the hero. Pushing himself forward, grabbing a water bottle as he passes the medics. Eyes over his target with curiosity, much like Tenya, he was giving little info on the hero. Other than his own research, that is.
"Ingenium, right?" The newly acquainted hero had offered water to him. Gracelessly taking the bottle with a nod, "I am, you must be H/N." He nods in reply.
"I hear we have quite the load of paperwork to return to after all this." Finding a pace beside Tenya, walking at a conversational pace.
"Correct, seems we're already compatible in combat. One less thing for me to worry over." The other hero observed Y/N nods eagerly. Mind running over their first combative collaboration.
"I promise I can pull my weight in paper work just as effectively." He adds, with a grin.
From behind a desk, to the streets of Japan, to hero events. Glass in hand, he always remained near to himself, naturally quiet. Crowds around him thinning and waves in throughout the passing hours. His expression never wavering, open, and approachable to everyone.
Y/N was always efficient and quick with his work. Even stopping villain groups from forming beneath their feet, "We should think about laying low underground, anymore moves and we'll intimidate the new villain group into no contact."
Finger running over blueprints, X's and circles marking over settlements and merchants spots. Nodding he agrees, heart restless with his determination. "We'll take it slow then."
Keeping tabs on the underground and checking changed with the other hero. Sometimes disappearing to his study or even the underground itself. He lead with confidence and understanding towards everyone he met, villain or otherwise. An attribute Tenya found to admire from him.
The magnetic pull to Y/N was endless and nothing could stop Tenya from capturing his attention. Watching his eyes soften towards the other as he closes the space between them, leaning an arm over the bar counter.
Drink swirling with a smile. Before he knew it, his walls were blown to shambles. Shell exterior gone thanks to Y/N's laughter. His own cheek in hand, grinning affectionately. The other hero mirroring his position, beaming.
Mouth flying over questions, some personal, other's over-hero-work. Taking in the other's own curiosity, nodding along. "You went to U.A.?"
"Yeah, I was in the general Ed for two years before I moved back to the states. I originally wanted to be an undercover rescue hero, more traveling to different countries and all that." Glancing within his glasses, eyes holding memories with soul filled blinks. Lively music swells around them as golden lights dimmed, the two bubbled within one another.
"That explains a lot, your motivation with helping others. How you find a way to take civilians out of harm's way first before another other plan. It's quite admirable."
Y/N perks up, irises deepening as his gaze flickers over his drink again. A panel of shy interior reflecting his flush expression. "I didn't even think about it like that," He chuckled then, a sound that grew roots in Tenya's chest. Binding him to the other, in promise to hear more.
Years passed like yearbook pages, snaps of memories developed and printed. Saved in the dark among the rest, safe from aged time, for now. "-Festival in two days, you still joining us?"
"I will, but I'll be arriving near the evening with Y/N." Conversation lost on him, impatiently as an opportunity revealed itself. He'd been in the process of finishing up daily chores, barely registering who was on the phone with the hero.
Walking down the hall, half a step from the living room as Denki's words filled the space through crackled. "Dude, it's the perfect time to ask him out!"
Pausing in place, a quick shuffle against the wall. 'Ask him out'? Brows turned with interest, he remains hidden.
"You know Y/N better then any of us, just take him out on a date you know he'll love!"
"I already have that all planned out, it's the…confessing part. I don't-I've never…" Voice conveying his conflict, peering from the corner he sees the other hero slumped over the couch. Face in hands as he breathes out in shaky huffs.
"It doesn't have to be a whole thing you know? Just start simple maybe a movie date!" The blonde encouraged back, Tenya still hunched over pre-defeat clouding his next move.
Just as hopeless as he thought, shaking his head he quietly steps deeper into the hallway. Smile never leaving his lips for the remainder of the time, all too giddy to answer for his good mood.
The night of the festival arriving in a blink. Ending a long day to an even longer night, gentle fire glow under smoked meat and charred vegetables. Straying from the group as he collected his favorite, weaving between the growing crowd.
From outside the car windows its luminous glow shined through. Sun setting behind a layered valley, illuminating in pops of fireworks as flashing colors guided his steps. Shifting through the crowd, care to not drop his food. Climbing up towards a hill, picnic blanks and chairs set up in spotted sections.
Wandering gaze eventually landing on a lone worried Tenya, parrelle to the main groups set up he sits impatiently, from here Y/N could spot each time he's attention flickered to his watch.
"It's about time you arrived!" Denki called out, send the hero a wink. Both Jiro and Mina quietly giggle as whispers follow. Quick to stand, Tenya's at the other's side in two steps, slightly hovering over him. "Y/N, I was beginning to worry."
"Just a lot of people down there, here." He offered a separate treat for the hero. Gauging the way he calmed, shoulders dropping as he nods. "Oh, thank you.." A small smile twitching over his face, finding his place beside the hero on the ground.
Both bathed in multi-colored lighting, gun-powdered scent intermixing within the evening air. An exhale of the world as a whole, relaxed in a state of celebration.
Beside him however, Tenya sat silently. His gaze falling over the soften blanket below. "Long day?" Y/N asked, "You seem, quiet." Chancing a glance over, catching his frozen. Stone and ridge in place.
Bumping his shoulder with Tenya's playfully watching the small smile grow over his lips once more. "You know you can tell me anything, right?" Y/N reassured, eyes attached to the fireworks. Reading the hero was easy, allowing him time to express it took patience. A breath or even a moment of pause.
Hearing a shaky exhale through his answer, "Ah, I-right. I just-" He twists the treat in his fingers, spinning the suspended food in attempts to find the right words. "I have a lot on my mind right now."
"Are you waiting for someone?"
"Sort of."
"Must be someone really special." Ripping his gaze from the sky, he focuses on Tenya.
The hero nods, his own attention turning to Y/N, risking a glance. Eyes softening as breath catches under greens and pinks, hues of color flashing for a few seconds over the two. Frozen once again slow as he replies, flushed with the softest smile.
"You are…"

Making his way out, walking passed Spinner. Standing guard at the entrance, perking up. Glancing at him, footsteps catching up a few paces behind. "Where the hell are you going?” He pressed quick. Turning to face him as he walked backwards, "Grabbing some drinks for the boss man.” The other gives a curt nod, "Make it quick.”
That should've been it, a quick pick up at the convenient store. Not cold brick pressed to his back, hiding in an alleyway between wall and garbage. Catching a group of hero's on patrol as the owner accused him of stealing. His bag of cold drinks and snacks held close, too far from the hide out and not close enough for back up. Already in the losing battle, he fought regardless. Eventually leading him heavily wounded.
Leaned against the pristine wall, out in the open. Blood staining and running down below, trailing of drops and footprint lay in his wake. His breathing sharp and quick, lungs heavily constricting at each inhale. Would he…The two words swirled through his mind, the question stuck in a loop of uncertainty and guilt. Would he…fight me, arrest me, or…nerves shocked through him in a crashing wave. Melting to his knees in a painful heap, blinking away watery eyes as his vision hazes over.
Each blink heavier than the last, his body shaking in its painless state. Willing himself to stand, using the wall as his support. Just-make it to the door… He thought, pushing pass the blazing weight of himself. Eventually making it, now dragging himself onward. The world around him spinning, a world of spirals and mismatched colors. His body giving out, free falling.
One blink, Y/N was now laid on his back. A pressure tight around his torso, head slowly rolling down. Gauze, it looked to be wrapped over his chest and waist. The burning ache of his injury now sore, he then noticed the plush fabric of the couch he was on. The squeak of a nearby facet and running water echoed off the walls. The mere sound sent his head throbbing, a soft groan escapes his lips as he moves to sit up. A hand instantly pushing him back to lay down.
Flash of the broad blonde filled his vision, "Don't move, you'll open up your stitches." Stern with his words, an unmoving option. The villain stares back, his quick intake of air coursing sharp pain through his chest. Through gritted teeth he hissed, allowing himself to lay back. "How…how long was I out?"
The hero seats himself beside him, an open med kit laid out on the coffee table. Gauze, rubbing alcohol, thread, and scissors sprawled over the dark wood. A steaming bowl resting near the close corner to him, something homely and fresh waft towards his nose. His wound thrumming as his gaze flickered over them. "Hours maybe, you were on my porch for a while."
"How long?" He added. Empty gaze drifting towards the hero, "How long till your buddies get here?" It was over for Y/N, that much was clear. Taking in by the number one hero AND patched up. He might as have well walked up to a hero agency with his hands already cuffed. "I haven't called them." The other replied, blues eyes holding his flashing between his gauze covered wound and his face.
Frozen in disbelief, mind reeling in confusion. Brushing off the other with a tongue click, covering his eyes. Arm draped over his face as he remained in place, silent acceptance. Burning chill runs through him, body shaking in a quick thrill. Tired an understatement in his bones and muscles, something the cushions beneath him soothed. "You plan on watch me?"
"Doesn't look like I can trust you on your own." The hero counters sat on the floor beside the other. Broad shoulder brushing his arm with a slight shift. Eyes flashing towards his arm as his hand rubs over the spot, "So what, keep me here until I heal or should I be worried about never leaving?" In truth where would this go once he heals?
"We'll cross that bridge when we get there, besides I can't lose my number one enemy so soon." A playful grin at his lips. The question imprinted to his tone, thought about and thrown for a reason the man couldn't place. Flashing his eyes back to the hero's blue ones, cocky yet observant. "You're sappier than I imagined." He muttered.
"So you think of me often?" A quick question, unprepared and wavering surprise. Smug as he was in battle, his own brain fumbling to form any kind of sentence. Tongue and mouth shaping over nothing. "That's not—never mind." Embarrassment pushing his instinct to sit up, calling over his thrumming pain, lightning fast as the hero's hand reached his chest again. Firm pressed to the center, warmth blooming beneath his touch, teeth flashed as he breathed through his conflicting thoughts. "What are you doing now?"
"I'm hungry," Head tilled up towards the hero, glaring as he resists against his hold. Sturdy hands gently rest over his shoulders, pushing him back down. "You're barely laying down as is." Holding him flush against the couch, towering over the villain.
Flushed Y/N replies, "T-this is ridiculous." His eyes avoiding the hero, heated embarrassment still hot over his skin. The hero's hands move away not long after, waves of blanket cold replace the villain's shoulders. The bowl on the coffee table now cradled by the blonde, utensil in his other offering the still-steaming food. "It's for your own good." Hesitant, the villain takes a bite.
"I've got some extra blankets, you'll have to sleep sitting up for a few nights." A few folded blankets at his feet, the blonde continuously stayed within his eyesight. Something the villain was never a fan of, being watched and cared for seemed entirely out of the question. But, now a sensation he can't name borrowed in his chest. Lightening rods cascading through his veins in reach of savoring, isolation long forgotten with the overbearing hero at his beck and call.
For two weeks he stayed put, quietly recovering. Another two days and he'd be gone, gauze wraps now patches over scabbing skin. The blond still insists on cleaning them, fingers careful without a tremble. Replays of the others touch haunt like a far nightmare, whispers of concern and checking in. How'd he go this long without noticing it?
The dwindle of fighting may have taken priority over his emotions, pushed aside for later. Time, he often never had enough of and he was running out again. Laid down eyes closed, not quite asleep but not awake either. The hero was putting away their shared dishes from the table. Soft weight of fabric was pulled over him, slow in hopes to not disturb.
Thoughtless his hand reached out and grabs the hero's arm in a gentle squeeze, fuzzy in words and heart. "…my name by the way. Might as well know who your patient is."
Silence encapsulated the room for a beat, unknown, and toeing a line. Invisible and terrifying, yet freeing. "I'm Mirio, can't let my nemesis die so early in his career."

Six months had passed since Mirio took him, opting to the window. From time to time his scar throbbed, aching in memory. Most of his work had subsided toward the underground, leaving sleep non-existent and work nonstop. Or trading and betting in his case.
Within the crowd, he watches as villain after villain fight. From washed up heroes to unknown underdogs, a noticeable enhancement of the opposition was obvious. Feral rage in their movements, muscle twitches, and the glowing eyes only made it more identifying. Speed and power almost overkill to normal fighters, little to no openings to fight back. Practically a perfect solider.
It was undeniable once Mirio stepped into the ring, swaying as he held the fence in a vise grip. Flushed over his skin, shiny with sweat. The picture of a cornered animal, a shift of those blue eyes met his. A flicker steady over the man, a single moment of pause from the drugged hero. Shoulders lowering with an exhale, finding balance. Only for it to break as his attention turned towards his opponent.
Allowing the other to phase through him before connecting a hard gut punch, rendering them limp below his feet. One after another, the hero won without much effort. Victory in blood from the number one hero, a drug more sought after than any man made cigarette could. As much fun as it was to see the hero in action, he was still in his debt.
"How much for the golden boy?" Y/N caught up with Mirio's keeper behind the establishment. Lighting up a cigarette between his cracked lips. The man shakes his head, uninterested. "Not for sale."
He moves closer, "$300,000 and I'll through in a hero tracker." He pushes with a grin. Watching as the other turns, quick. Eyes flickering over Y/N, suspicion giving way to greed with ease.
"Show m-" Cutting him off quick, wrapping around him in a head lock. Arm tight around his neck as he thrashed wildly. Body fighting a few seconds long as his breath became labored, slowing as he passes out. Y/N drags him away from the building side, hiding him from plain sight. Throwing the cash amount on him before rescuing the hero.
Gently setting the Mirio on his couch, grabbing his med-kit, rubbing alcohol, and a pair of quirk-canceling cuffs. He mutters out nonsense as Y/N pulls his hero suit off, leaving it to pool around the blonde's waist. Taking in his injuries delicate hands, trailing over darkened bruises alongside needle marks. A deep laceration rest over his hip and stomach, shoulder and inner wrists discolored with bruised scratches.
Fingers pressing bluntly to Mirio's lower stomach, holding a patch of gauze as his other hand rampages in search. A soft rasp breaks his scattered thoughts. "You…" He didn't need to look to see the hero smiling up at him. His tone alone gave it away, but even that didn't stop his eyes from gravitating.
"Sorry about the cuffs, for both our safety." He mutters. Blue eyes hazy, pupils blown wide yet focused. Fingers outstretched at his sides, weighted down. "How long have you been watching me?" He questions, resuming his movements. Grabbing a square of translucent medical tape, activating the adhesive before pressing it.
"Couple months, wanted to know where you went." Mirio's voice heaved as he pressed his wound, painful inhale barley retaking his smile.
"So you broke into someone else's organization to check up on me." He mutters, eyes flickering towards his med-kit. Grabbing a few cotton balls, dabbing alcohol over them. Lightly pressing over Mirio's face, cleaning each scrap, bruise, and slash viable to him.
Mirio happily tilted his head up, following each maneuver on his chin. "Not my finest work, but I did find you." He could practically feel the blond's soft gaze burning him, refusing to risk another glance. Y/N only nods.
Draping a fluffy blanket over the hero and refilling his water, offering him pain meds once he finished. "Take this, it'll help with the pain. As for the drug you were given, two days max and you'll be sober again." Hand weakly grasps it along with his own hand, clasping over his fingers with a shaky grip. From below Mirio stares, an expression Y/N couldn't recognize.
"Stay?" A single whisper ricochet in the living room. Y/N moves to kneel beside the couch, resting their joined hands on the cushion. He lays there all night, hand growing numb with sleep. Allowing the warmth he'd never admit to missing envelope him.
Checking over his jaw, carefully cleaning, leaning in a little too close. Body squared over Mirio's, bodies brushing one another, purposeful. The hero had been almost silent the entire day, his answers small and one worded. Two days ago he'd been talking up a storm, flirting lefty and right.
Y/N smears healing gel with steady fingers, swallowing as he exhales through his nerves. Gently soothing over the other's shoulder, moving over towards his face. "Been quiet today, you okay?"
The blonds focus sharpened over him, smiling softly in his reply, "Of course I am, I'm in your hands."
Y/N huffs out in instinct, "Sap."
Mirio's smile widens and he releases low giggles, "Am I not allowed to miss you?"
Hands freezing at his words, heart pounding as his fingers twitch. A clenching them, brushing off the blooming in his chest. "I see those meds are working, I'll go ahead and-"
The hero's hand grasps his wrist again, dreamily asking. "Stay with me again?"
"You should get some sl-" He goes to move towards the chair adjacent to the hero, only to be pulled down. Pinned between arms and chest of muscle, oozing warmth wrapping around him in droves. Relaxing within the walls of muscle, forehead resting over his chest.
In that moment, he realized how much he missed Mirio. His warmth both physically and verbally, his kindness when Y/N never deserved it. Reality hitting him as his feelings conflicted with his thoughts, "Should think about going back, hero. You're basically all healed and sober now."
"What about you?"
"I've got other jobs in need of my attention." He brushes off.
"What if I want your attention?" Blunt words, targeting Y/N heart. Jaw clenched as he moves to rest his chin on Mirio's shoulder. Their face inches away from the other. Deep blue eyes swimming circle through his, "You'd be crazy to want it."
The two moved with fluidity, simultaneously. Mirio's the first to move, foreheads colliding with a gentle bump. Eyes just about to fall closed as his lips meet the other's palm. Fluttering over with a slight confusion, noses gently caressing the other's as he confesses through the villain's fingers.
"Think I'm already crazy for you."

Y/N initially expected to go home alone that night, maybe some heavy teasing and fooling around with the hero. But the moment Mirio's lips collided with his own, his plans changed instantly.
An endless growing hunger unstoppable, falling in step with the blonde was the only answer to the villain; mind, body, and soul. And who was he to deny the hero with desperate whispers and sweet nothings for the night.
Waking up beside him even now, a distant wish he'd closed his eyes and repeat to the stars in hope to dream about. Not like this, with the blonde physically attached and drooling on his chest.
Bare bodies overlapping, arms wrapped in an unbreakable embrace, feathered breaths brushed his sternum with each exhale. His own muscles sore with late-shared activity, embedded teeth marks, and rough kisses throb with his steady heart beat, seeing Mirio's matching marks as pride swelled within him.
His hands find their way through soften blonde's strands, raising a sleepy sound from the hero. A morning he hadn't even considered right in his arms, a perfect place he'd fight the gain for the rest of his life.
A slight pull of the hero's lips and slow reveal of dark blues stared up at him, heart skipping as his own smile grows. He blinks again, leaning toward the villain's hand. Rumbling out a guttural hum. "Heya handsome.."
They lay admiring each other, a quiet vulnerability newly sliced opened. Untouched and raw as the sun blesses them, golden glow shining over miles of pressed skin. Fingers chasing after ghosted memories, caressing and holding. Exhaling deep as he feels the hero shift at his side.
"Wish I didn't have to hide you." Mirio stated. He nods, agreeing. A smug expression growing over his face.
"Thinking of saving me from my evil boss?"
The slight opening of his eyes barely caught the moment the blonde began leaning up. Capturing the villain in a gentle kiss, lazy, and fumbling they breathless pull away.
"You yourself are evil…" He whispers against Y/N, hummed chuckles vibrating through his chest. "…and a handful."
"Not willing to save me hero, how cruel." Hands running over Mirio's sides as he nose bumps the other.
The blonde kisses him again, rumblings of chuckles echoed between their lips. Mouths finding rhythm with ease, exploration long experimented. Mirio climbs his way on top of the other, laying himself over the villain entirely. Legs twisting and arms staying tight as their mouths continued. Only pulling away to continue talking.
"Only if you promise not to get caught up in any villainy after this."
His whines drowned by sets of lingering deep kisses. His teeth latching on the blonde's lower plush lip in protest. Hearing a painful gasp from him in return. "That's unfair and you know it..."
"No villainy in the public eye then."
Y/N rolls his eyes, teeth biting his lip to conceal his own smile. Hands roaming over the blond's hips and thighs. "I don't know, hero. That's asking a lot from me."
"I'm not asking." Heart swooning at the blondes blunt words, he's slow to meet Mirio's lips this time, setting a gentle pace. Acceptance gradual in nature as was breathing.
Capturing one last kiss before getting up, sifted through thrown clothing. Hands grabbing a shirt and what he thought was his boxers. Shrugging them on with tired limbs, feeling the other's dark blues on him as he moves.
Brain mulling over plans of leaving the villain group, remaining within the underground will work in his favor. Growing allies and friends alike against his boss will be easy enough.
Getting out however, "If I'm gonna do this, might be a better idea if I lay low in the underground for awhile." Y/N states pulling an oversized shirt over his shoulders. Arms pushing through as his gaze lands back on the blonde.
"Should be settled in by mid next week, maybe in a few days if I'm lucky. Might even take you out somewhere nice for celebration."
Sitting up, his sheets pooling at his waist. Leaning his weight against one arm, head shaking. "I'm not having you doing this alone." Sad puppy eyes bored back at him under lashes, a silent the villain sigh with a small smile.
Crawling over the mattress, Y/N reaches out, caressing Mirio's face. Taking in the man within the golden glow of sun beams. Picture perfect lover, "He plans on targeting you by using me. The best course of action is for me to lay low and keep you safe.."
Blue gaze closing as he nuzzles against the villains touch. Shifting closer, cradling the villain. "Sealing my job now?" Mirio jokes, his smile falling, shoulders dropping with his breath. "You're staying right here at my side. No hiding or running away."
Maybe leaving in the night wasn't the best move, to Y/N it needed to be done. He needed to leave his boss and group of his relationship was to continue with the hero.
Pulling over his coat, he glances back. Heavily asleep with snores exhaling, peaceful asleep laid Mirio. Cheek squished to his pillow, arms wrapped in and out of blankets as they held the pillow tight.
This was all for him, in his mind this was the only way. He closes the door with a soft click, leaving the hero to his deep slumber.
"Was that so hard?" Y/N's boss exclaimed, still sat behind his desk. Nursing a fresh glass of liquor.
"For a hero party, the drinks could've been stronger." He replied, arms crossing as he steps closer. Setting aside a small collection of gathered information, locations, upcoming events, and hero gathers.
"About my vacation, I'm not coming back after this. It's not you it's me.." His steps setting out as he returns to the door, only to be stopped by his bosses guards. Squinting he casts the other man a glance.
"And you're correct, it is you." He nods his men over, hands and rope occupied his space. Rough hands pulling and pushing him in place, tying him down to a chair in the middle of the room.
A spotlight illuminated him from above, too bright the see beyond the cone of light he bathed in. Hardened steps circles his left, head tilts to the sound with a glare.
"You should've listened to me, Y/N. I see that habit never got ironed out, should've never let you fool around the League. Their delinquency has rubbed off on you."
A man came up behind him, holding him in place. Hand forcing him to look forward, fighting back against the strained armed holding him. "Your little outburst had concerned me, I needed to know what was so important that you disobeyed me twice. More so who then what I see."
"He has nothing to do with this!" Y/N spat out, quick without a single thought.
"That hero has changed you!" He accused, anger flowing from his mouth. "You've become completely almost completely useless to me." Grounding steps approached, his bosses hand gripping his chin. Forcing him to foreword, casting uncontrollable chills throughout Y/N.
One after the other, knuckles meeting his face. Chair long broken, he lays motionless. Air a foreigner to his lungs, each intake more painful than the last. Vision blurry and red from his own blood, brain fuzzy as he tries to move. A hard weight then lays over his spine, squishing out the last of his air.
"Bring him with us, It's about time I meet this number one hero personally." World spinning and fogging over, faraway feeling of his body being moved. Pulled to stand, he's dragged by two men. Legs weak to his body weight, steps nonresistant.
Woozy as blood rushes to his head, Y/N found his world sideways for a moment. The surface below his hard and cold, ever-growing pile of blood and spite draining from his lips. Muttered voices clashing with his aching mind, bouncing like glass shards. Eyes tightly closed, willing away the pounding headache plaguing him.
A helpless groan escaping him as pressure increases. The man standing above him, proud of his work grins as the hero approaches.
Hands presenting the unconscious villain below, like a dog showing off it's fresh kill to be shared. An unwilling comprise of two parties, lying too still.
Blue gaze immediately glued to Y/N, drifting over him. Blocking out the villain as he carefully watches his lover's slow breathes decrease. Plan fresh out the window as a silent fight broke out, cracks of bone and painful whines leave in the hero's wake. Quick, to clean the group to heaps of heaving masses. Dead or alive, it didn't matter to Mirio in that moment.
Steps quickening until he falls to his knees over Y/N, hands drifting over him gently. Holding his bruised and bloody face with careful hands. Trembling with each additional turn until he felt his pulse, stagnant but still beating. With gentle ease he shifts the unconscious villain to his back.
The villain clings to whatever warmth regained him. Helpless to blurry vision and obscured colors, passing of time too fast for his brain to register.
Laid out, weighted body feeling limbless. He refused to move, the aches in his bones only warning of persistent pain. Spikes through each vein and brain still lagging with heavy fog. His eyes cracked open, peering through lashes.
Gauze a second skin, spun over him in a tight cocoon. Feeling every pull and turn of his body as a cooling sensation followed. Welcoming a numbing mass and exhaustion through him.
Obscure golden filled his vision, clarity sharpened with blinks. Familiar tinge of homely furniture and cooking filled his nose, he smiled as he recognized the small estate.
Much like the couple's restaurant their separate home was built with passion. From the discolored walls to the handmade blanket covering the sheets.
Head drifting to his side to see Mirio, laid beside him. More so off the bed rather than next to him, his own blanket falling off his shoulder.
Face struck with heavy worry, pressed to his shoulder. A deep pout drawn over his brows and nose with a slight scrunch. His own body wrapped mirrored in gauze, arm embracing and keeping him in place. Perfectly bound in layers, breathing, and alive.
Y/N attempts to pull the fallen blanket over Mirio, instead his weaken muscles only allow his arm coast foreword. His hand met with the heroes grasp over his knuckles and palm, pausing in place with a soft squeeze. "Careful, you might open your stitches.." Mirio whispered.
Reaches out anyway, hand resting over the blonde's cheek, catching the smallest twitch of relaxation from the hero. Flutter eyelids open up to him lazily, "You plan on watch me?"
"Doesn't look like I can trust you on your own." He hears a shuttered breath, half-laugh half exhale formed over a revealed expression.

"Pizza sounds good, I’m cool with that." He says, pulling in the parking lot the rumbling of his car turning silent with one click to the right. Casting a glance towards Mike in the passenger seat, "If you order those cheesy bread sticks, I'll stop teasing you for the night."
The other lightly shrugs with a coy smile, eyes cascading over the man's blush. "I’ll think about it." He huffs through a smile, leaning over the center console to capture his lips in a quick kiss before exiting.
Staying in the driver seat a moment longer, exhaling deeply as he watches Mike walk through the door. Following not long after, bag in hand with an ever-growing smile. Placing the bags on the dining table once inside, one bag in particular was still around his wrist, catching the other's glances towards him from the living room.
"What's in the bag?"
Hiding the bag behind his back, his gaze warm as he replies. "Just a little something for later." Closing the remaining space, gently kissing his lover's nose. Adding in with a softer tone, "I'm sure you'll love it."
"Hmm, what if I don't wanna wait?" Mike pushes, hand grasping at the other's shirt hem. "You're gonna have to. You are the one ordering the pizza, remember?"
He pouts, gaze flickering away. "Pouting over all that, huh?" He teases, hand running through his curls. Quick to catch the small shift of weight leaning towards himself.
"Not pouting..."
"Of course not."
Pizza both arrived and eaten, endless tired eyes blink slow as Mike pulls him to bed. He breathed out heavily, head hanging low and shaking it back and forth as he's pulled down to a mattress he swears is made of clouds and cotton candy.
"Hm-wait, still have that present to give you. It's your favorite too, I promise!" Mutters over Mikes lips, unable to pull away from the man's grip. Arms heavy and tight around his torso, his scent alone alluring the other to an impossible proximity. His own hands clenching around twisted fabric and soft hair.
"Present can wait...I want you and sleep like right now." Mike mutters out.
"You will get your cuddles and sleep after," He groans escaping from Mikes grip. Loud plastic cracked closer as he hands over the bag.
Reveling a replica of the Pachycephalosaurus, one similar to the museum attraction they'd visited only hours ago. Same patches of colors, only furrier and softer. "How'd you know it's my favorite?" He questioned, caressing the small pushie.
Shrugging bashfully, his hands moving to rest on your waist. Pulling you close to him. "You looked so happy when you were interacting with the one in the dinosaur exhibit. I thought you might like having one at home."
"Well, yeah...and with you here...it's nice," A smile pulling at his lips as low giggle erupts from his chest.
"Oh, I almost forgot your own present too." Mike crawls off the bed, returning with a similar gift bag. Arms outstretched to the other.
Widening the opening he feels the soft pushie body of a triceratops. He giggles, "Is this your way of tell me how hardheaded I am?"
"If I say yes will you still love me?"
