Day 21: The Lovers(B)
Name: Senthren
Story: The Historian
Race: Kerane
His Deal: Senthren was part of a cultural group known as the Sheliadren; a number of tribes of woodland folk living in the countries of Meara, Kervana, and Estere. Senthren was exiled from his tribe, though he’s mum on exactly why. He made his way to Jarila, where he eventually took up work in a brothel. That is, until he met a wayward scholar from Lainire who was looking for some really old ruins. He joined the party to find them, where he inadvertently became involved in the release of an eldritch abomination from the dawn of time.
Bonus Fact: The gods of the Sheliadren are animal dieties, and were almost certainly based on the Jenaren in some capacity. Senthren’s patron diety is Jasrin, the Snake. Furthermore, snakes have a much different symbolic meaning on Neana, for the venom of many species is used as anesthetic, and therefore they have a strong positive connection to healers and medicine.
