During a heavy rainfall, ushering in the upcoming fall in a hazy smell of petrichor, a hefty, ornate package arrived at the Amagi Inn. Upon opening the box, a single, simple letter rested upon a pile of crumpled rice paper. The note read as thus,

To the Amagi Inn Management,

I am having a special get together for myself and some longtime friends, and we would like to rent out your fine establishment for the next few days.

Inside this package is a forward payment, and you will receive the other half of your payment when we leave. All we ask is that the management and staff follow these two simple rules.

1. No one is to enter the inn without proper notice, and 2. None of the employees are to talk about the clientele outside the inn. 

My friends and I are what you would consider to be “very important people”, and I believe we would all be in agreement that the Amagi Inn is better off without unwanted attention. Any violation of these rules will be met with a swift refund of the advance payment, disqualification of the additional payment, and our immediate departure from the Inn. Please understand that I do not wish to alarm you with the consequences, but we intend to take our privacy very seriously.

My friends and I should be arriving just as soon as the last room in your Inn is cleared. Do not worry about contacting me for that reason. I have a knack for these sort of things.
