Big micheluzzi on Piz Ciavazes. Grade VI 12 pitches. The second pitch of VI was tricky because I took the belay on the right where the arête was because it was bolted. But then I wasn’t sure whether to go left or right from the belay. I went right and it felt a bit slabby and run out for a few moves higher up as I was kind of in between two piton lines! The move to cross the roof in the top part of that pitch was cool though. The traverses were fine it was more the down climbs on the traverses which felt insecure although there was fixed ropes on them they were pretty old! Then it was scramble style terrain after that. The descent is really cool, typical dolomites traversing along paths on exposed ledges. I think this is a nice route to get a feeling for the dolomites and the rock and gear but nothing super special
