I kinda always forgot to save these pictures to my computer, so I never posted them on tumblr... but here they are, finally :)
Meet my newest, as-of-yet still unnamed doll. She’s 5,5cm tall, and wears 4mm eyes. There is still some work to do; her legs and her shoulders are a bit wonky, but at least all parts are basically done.

Anyone who was on Doll Rendezvous in Paris could have seen me live sculpting the little one on the left. I tend to call her a ‘she’, but I think I’ll make her genderless... She is 12cm tall. I still need to work on her tiny head, her eyes aren’t completely even and her upper eyelids are not even remotely similar >>”
Leafy got cut up and now has her stringing channels. I’m kinda hesitant to work on her joints, even though they’re super simple (since she doesn’t need lots of movement), but I’ll bit the bullet in the next days and just DO it. And the locking points for her leaves. And sanding her, and priming, and sanding again- x.x

Getting there :) All leaves are done (minus one on her head), and her body 'spines' are almost done too. Worked on her head a bit more and decided against two resin cast eyes - a small resin part where both eyes are on is better (like those teeth extra parts for some open mouthed bjd heads). That way you can't loose a single eye... which is really possible, they're only 4mm in diameter.
Even though it looks like it, most of her leaves won't be moveable. Only the biggest ones (center top and bottom) will be a bit moveable for posing. I'm still thinking about how poseable her actual body will be, because Leafy Sea Dragons are rather stiff creatures... bu we'll see.

Lightning is bad on my table, so have one with and one without flash. She stands! I still have no idea about a name :| And ideas?
All parts are done (except for one), all joints are done (except for two). Started priming and sanding and already managed to break 3 leaves in half. Urgh. x.x But I’m getting there!
All Eryns for Dolly Day are put together <3 I had to put them into a tray or they would run away, oh well... But I think they will be very happy if they get adopted next weekend :D
