Some very quick doodles of Hatchling and Self because I swear there is NOTHING of them and it breaks my heart

+ my reaction to meeting them, I was very excited

Soooo I

I caused an ending by not continuing to go through the black hole

And got an achievement for it

Soooo now I know why it’s called Self ending

You uh

You can’t get rid of Self. Continuously going through that blackhole will only perpetuate Self’s existence

So uh

Here’s a selfie with Self, while I wait for the sun to die because I can’t sleep the time away with a campfire and idk what’ll happen if I meditate

Soooo I know I said I wouldn’t return to the inside of the Ash Twin Project. But I wanted to see what I can do in there without removing the Advanced Warp Core.

So I floated next to the core. Got closer than this when the end of loop music started

I was then immediately warped and simultaneously so were the memories of the previous loop. Returned to the Ash Twin Project and found

CANON PEBBLE! I found self!!!

I will sass if I want to!! We are the Feldspar of time shenanigans!

Ngl, I wasn’t sure how to achieve this. I had heard of this “self ending” before, and knew it involved a black hole. But thought folks meant the one in Brittle Hollow. Which doesnt make sense, now that I know better. It took finding out how the Advanced Warp Core works for the dots to connect. I still haven’t found the High Energy Lab in Cinder Twin. But the notes inside the Ash Twin Project and one note in Brittle Hollow, as well as the way the Brittle Hollow black hole and its paired white hole in White Hole Station work, told me everything I needed to figure out how the advanced warp core and warp pads function.

And now I have no regrets. Just
