Did you guys see the piece by @natgeotravel "6 Unexpected Cities for the Food Lover?" Detroit made the list including our go to date night favorite @seldenstandard! @matt.tulpa and I always start with half a dozen oysters with wine and catch up on our week and plan our weeks ahead. Jessica, our sweet server surprised us with the Chicken Liver Mousse that I was eyeballing. It came work pickled cranberries and hazelnuts and a side of pickled red onions that really helps cut through the richness of this dish.
