(2/2) bc they soak up other secretions besides just blood, don't allow clots/globs of tissue out, & put people at risk for toxic shock syndrome (while rare, it's v scary and people who use tampons should look it up and know the signs, and try not to sleep in a tampon). but my main tip is to never EVER put something scented in your vagina or even near it, like a scented pad. that stuff makes your hooha v unhappy, sometimes in ways you don't even notice (like more painful periods)

“So, what can I get you?”

Flynn freezes, and all the practice he had been doing goes out the window. 

He had been coming to his bar for weeks with his friends, and all the while he never gathered up enough courage to speak to the attractive bartender that worked there. He even went so far as to practice what he had wanted to say in the bathroom mirror. But here he was, drawing a complete blank as the bartender asks for his order. 

In his head, he had planned to be a smooth as possible; first he’d ask for what the bartender recommend, maybe flirt a little, and see if he could get his number by the end of the night. But planning and doing were two different things. 

“C-Chocolate milk!” He blurts out, and he immediately regrets it.

The bartender gives him an odd look, and suddenly Flynn feels like he needs to run or hide or just do something to deal with the embarrassment he feels. He watches as the bartender gives off a sigh before picking up a shot glass and filling it with some kind of clear liquid.

“Here...” He says while sliding the glass in his direction, “You probably need this.”

1. What’s something you love to do, but never have time for?

I really love swimming, but I never have time for it, and I never can get friends or family to come with me to the pool, cause everyone is so self conscious about their looks and all =___= It's no fun on my own either. I also love canoeing and baking, but I'm just too lazy to start something sometimes.

2. Favorite mythical creature?

Pfffff.... hard one. I like so many mythical creatures... Mermaids, vampires, ghosts, elves, dwarfs, love em all. I like fantasy settings~

3. What’s one song you love but is vastly different from everything else you listen to (if not, just a favorite song)?

I pretty much listen to anything that's nice, but I never really listen to old songs (like the 60's-80's), but I like songs made by Dionne Warwick and some other oldies. But not much. It's nice every once in a while, I guess.

4. How do you procrastinate?

I make time schedules for myself, only to later completely ignore them and being all like "Nah, I have the time. No need to worry~" to later find out I'm almost out of time and need to hurry the fuck up. I also check tumblr a lot, and generally do nothing but stress and flail around a bit xD;;

5. If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?

Italy or France.

6. Describe the weirdest thing you’ve ever taken part in/witnessed.

We once went to this seemingly innocent museum/aquarium in France, but I remember it not being something really professional and museum-like, but more like some weirdo's weird hobby chamber or something. We went from exotic fish, to dinosaur eggs, to some small basement with all kinds of things in those preserving jars. There was a child fetus in there, along with jars with beheaded snakes, birds, an elephant penis, a human hand, and other wacky things. It freaked me out as a kid, though now I would probably be all like "Eww, whatever" upon seeing them and move on xD;;

7. What is one of your favorite quotes?

"When in doubt: Run, scream and shout" by someone I don't know >w>;;

9. Did you like to eat vegetables when you were little?

That depended on which vegetable, really. I loved carrots, broccoli, green beans, cornflower and other vegetables just fine. The only thing I hated, and still hate now are brown beans, kidney beans, any kind of bean, cultivated chicory and Brussels sprouts. Not fond of grainy food and lentils. I also don't like the skins of paprika's and tomatoes. 

10. How often do you talk to yourself, out loud or in your head?

Not really often? owo;;

Milk. I love milk. I also really like Baileys and Pina Colada, if we're talking alcohol.

Uh. I don't really do anything interesting over breaks. But I'll go with the summer vacation after senior year. All those grad parties and food

My roommate. I don't really remember but she mispronounced the word bind and it ended badly.

Back in first grade there was this kid named Drew. All the girls liked him including me, but he moved away halfway through the year. But before he left, he gave me his favorite marble. I still have it. It's a really nice marble.

1. How did you come about finding Tumblr, and why did you get an account? I think I found a Hiroki Aiba blog first, and then I didn’t know it was a Tumblr. Then my friend Kiersten got one and I liked the stuff she showed me but I wanted to be able to find it again, so I caved and got one.

2. How many people do you follow? I follow 122 blogs, but a lot of them are themed blogs, not personal ones.

3. What is your favorite hobby? Fandoms? Outside of that, I’m a bit of a myth nerd.

4. What’s your favorite memory? My family trips to Disney World. One year we got to hang the flag on the top of the Wilderness Lodge resort.
