Do you guys ever pray and just get this small voice that answers you back?I just got back from the seek 2015 conference and on the first day it was about 7pm, we'd just arrived after our 12 hour bus trip exhausted and hungry. Now i'm on adderall so when i'm hungry, i'm Hungry. but of course we get there and what's the first thing we do? we go to mass. I had planed ahead for this and bought a burrito from quedoba on one of the stops on the way and thought nothing of it until my friend mentioned that sour cream would probably go bad if left out for the five hours since i'd bought it. so i'm sitting in mass and trying to concentrate but I couldn't stop worrying about my burrito so i prayed "God please help me concentrate on you and not food."
and I hear.
"Your burrito is fine." in the most serious non-condescending tone and i just started cracking up.
  God hears us. he knows our concerns and our sufferings and even though it might seem silly and trivial he wants all of us. he wants us to tell him that we're worried about our burrito. he gives all of himself to us every day. he wants all of us in return. each silly fear, each dark secret. nothing should be held back from him so whatever your burrito is, tell him about it
Sorry that I've been gone for so long, but I just got home from SEEK2015 and wow, what a life changing experience that was. I will be posting some more quotes and experiences throughout the next coming weeks. Hope everyone that was able to go felt the power of Christ's love.
