Robin stands at about 6'0 (185cm) while Al-an is about 13'3 (400cm)
Robin is the tallest human we have a model of, and all three have a head height of roughly 20cm. This gave me hope that the PDA characters are similarly consistent. Unfortunately this is not the case and model characters seem to use a 9 head scale, while PDA characters use a 8 head scale (Marguerit included).
Asserting that Marguerit is indeed 5'10 as the model suggests, and that PDA characters have consistent head sizes (which given the stylization of Subnautica, probably isn't the case) I gathered these rough estimates for other character heights:
Fred Lachance: 146cm / 4'10 Vinh Pham: 158cm / 5'2 Lillian Bench: 163cm / 5'4 Manuel Desjardins: 169cm / 5'6 Parvan Ivanov: 169cm / 5'6 Zeta Landon: 174cm / 5'9 Samantha Ayou: 180cm / 5'10 Alexis Riedall: 180cm / 5'10 Danielle Valenti: 203cm / 6'6
While I'm pretty confident the female height scales are accurate, the subnautica style tends to give the men very large heads. As a result they are shorter using this method. (Finally, a character shorter than @herakushi)
