He was losing control over his code, his programming and now she was getting hurt because of it. “I’m sorry,” his voice seemed to break, to glitch and go static for a moment. Susumu could feel himself falling apart, the bits of his code being taken over cracking under the pressure, he was falling apart. “I’m sorry I can’t protect you from it. It’s hurting me too.”
