so season one is a wrap...I didn't really know what I was getting into, but I am immensely proud of what we delivered to our lovely guests.

I'm gonna say without a shred of humility that I defy anyone to find a better experience for the value in all of LA...I put every ounce I had into each supper, and I feel like it shows.  With that said, I couldn't have done it without my awesome staff, whom I will love forever.

I am already planning other one-offs between now and SEASON TWO of supper series, so stay tuned

chilled curried butternut squash soup with stuffed onion, chili oil, crème freche

cucumber-basil limeade with lemongrass

salad trio shaved beets and fennel in spicy vinaigrette korean style brussels sprouts green bean w/ roast garlic, tomato confit

  thai root beer: housemade sarsparilla, vodka, sweetened condensed milk

  sauté of mixed mushroom & thyme with sous vide root vegetables, mushroom jus

  pina colada: grilled pineapple granite, coconut crème panna cotta, rum reduction
