Though I think we all feel a certain restlessness in the winter, for me it’s always been much worse in the spring. I can’t really explain why but this time of year I start to feel like I’m crawling out of my skin. There is this bone deep yearning to be outside and witness the coming of spring. I sit at my desk and daydream about sparrow songs and that sweet, wet smell of new growth. With spring comes this insatiable hunger for fresh air and freedom.
