Dragon's Return (1968, Eduard Grečner)
Aka The Return of Dragon, original title: Drak sa vracia.
So, I'm on my second run of Re 4 remake and this time I think I'm going to do a completionist run. I'm going to eventually work up to buying all the weapons even if I don't use all of them and they get sent to storage. Then I'm getting them all upgraded to full and I'm going to do all the little tasks I didn't do before such as shoot the blue medallions. killing rats, selling a few snakes' and so on. And maybe I'll even try out the shooting range this time.
I want to try to unlock all the bonus stuff, especially the outfits, currently I have Leon in his pinstripe one. Which I love but I want to see what else I can get, so I'm going to try (Key word here is try) to do the hard modes and get the A / S+ ranks
8 and a half tedious hours of work went into this. And unfortunately by the end my files were corrupted and all I could save was the final image.
It was going to be more synplistic, but I wanted this to be an opportunity to explore art styles, and show off a good bit about Doc as a character.
He has his own personal Kimono, with a symbol of a white lion on its chest. I also gave him his signature weapon, ‘Moonlight’ which I’ve yet to show off. Doc is a man of super science, but he is also a man of music. He loves taking any opportunity he can to mix the two together into his weaponry. He may be old, but don’t think he won’t stand his ground and give you a run for your money.
While his irises are emerald green, his eyes are yellow from years of alcohol abuse. Doc on average has spent the vast majority of his life avoiding sobriety. Still, it’s amazing he’s able to do all that he can while so often intoxicated.
Finally, something I haven’t revealed to anyone, but something I implemented a little over 3 years ago. Doc has seen a lot in his time, and has only really suffered one major, irreversible injury, that being his right leg. He’s got quite a story behind how he lost it, but as it’s often covered up, he rarely tells it.
This was the first half of a drawing request for @luka-doll . I will be drawing The horrifying image of Dan in swimwear at my earliest convenience.
