Why does Second Life require you to add a payment method to be able to upload a 3D model?

Asking for my boyfriend, who has been trying, but can't. Neither can I and we can't add our PayPal accounts because for some reason, SL won't accept them (it night be because of our country.)

It also requires a payment method to be able to open up a store. It is very annoying, I want to sell things!

Does anyone know if there's a way around this, or any other payment method we can use and is easy to get (like prepaid cards maybe?)

So I’m trying to play secondlife because a lot of the things in that game are pretty, like people are so creative with their areas, but I try to put hair or various items on my avatar and they just don’t work and I don’t understand what to do.

I’ve tried two different viewers, I’ve restarted my computer. I don’t know what else could be the issue.

I’m using an account that I have used previously and the items that were on my account before today work, new items do not. Help?
