Some bananas ripened, and then this happened.. I have always loved banana bread, but have been waiting to find the perfect eggless recipe as my family and I are vegetarian. So when I saw someone on Instagram try out this vegan recipe, I was waiting for the day when we would have spare ripe bananas. The recipe turned out great ! While the author used almond milk and buckwheat flour I just used cows milk and all purpose flour as that is what I had on hand. I also had some chocolate chips lying around, so I sprinkled a few for good measure :) I hope you try out this recipe, and happy quarantining y’all!
