Lady Sable Kahina Yelleth
The serving girl returned and Sable makes her move. “My name is Sable, what’s yours?” Sable smirked up at the pretty serving girl and sat down in the empty chair.
The others immediately groaned but Sable ignored them; she was in the zone.
The girl blushed looking down at her shaking hands. Suddenly, a large man sidled up and slung his arms around the girl’s shoulders, squeezing tightly. The four girls were immediately aware.
“She’s mine,” The man rumbled.
Sable straightened to her full height- admittedly, not very impressive but it’s the thought that counts- and snapped, “That’s not a name, sir.”
Before she knew what she was doing, she swung back and punched the man square in the face. He dropped.
The girl’s smile was wide and sincere. She kissed Sable’s cheek and whispered, “Thank you.” Then she ran off.
Returning to her seat, Sable shook out her hands. “That’s my noble deed for the year done.”
Her three companions gave her disbelieving looks.
