We know that Eye Ball saw Pink Diamond get shattered 

Eyeball Ruby: I saw it with my own eye! I saw the leader of the Crystal Gems, Rose Quartz, shatter Pink Diamond!

And we also know that she distinctly remembers the sword Rose Quartz used in doing this

Eyeball Ruby: Who cares about her shield?! Her huge sword is what I remember.

And lastly we all know that sword was designed for a fair fight

Bismuth: It can cut through a gems physical form in an instant! Destroying the body... but never the gem.  

So how could Rose have shattered Pink Diamond?

me: Kiyomi had an unhappy childhood who got mistreated by her parents and dreamed to be the Family Head only wanted to be praised by her father. 

When other Azumabitos disagreed to let Kiyomi become the new Family Head after her father’s mysterious death, Kiyomi revealed her aggressive side and openly challenged her uncle. 

Instead of accept her challenge, Kiyomi’s uncle betrothed her to a random guy of a rich family which his parents just wanted their son to marry someone to produce grandsons.

Kiyomi just wanted to live for herself and not repeating her parents’ mistakes, so she used her self-defense tanto knife and later her fiancé was found dead in a river.

The Azumabitos exiled Kiyomi but Kiyomi gathered the followers of her deceased father, found out it was her uncle paid someone to assassinate her father because the other Azumabitos believed her father had put the entire clan in grave danger by secretly working with Eldian Restorationists outside Hizuru.

Kiyomi returned and literally had a fight with her uncle. Later, all of her uncle’s family members got roasted together with the Azumabito house.

Kiyomi claimed her place as the new Family Head and drove other Azumabitos away, commandeered their properties and started running business.

Kiyomi remained single and became very rich and the most well-known ambiguous lady of Hizuru.

Kiyomi is two-faced who knows how to act nice in front of a person and stab him in the back at the right time.

Good point. How did Kiyomi know about the 3dmg before she had a secret meeting with Zeke?

My guess is Kiyomi is very rich by running international enterprises that she has a group of people to conduct industrial espionage in countries outside Hizuru. What if some of her men spied in the Marley military and got access to information about the operation of warriors to retrieve the Founding Titan in Paradis, and discover 3dmg as a weapon used by people living in the walls to fight against titans?

And if Kiyomi’s men are that close to Marley as spies, I won’t be surprised if they are the same people who followed Kiyomi’s order and leaked the information of Survey Corps infiltrating in Marley to Theo Magath:
