It also supports and upholds the Constitutions of California and The United States. The power of legislative authority rests in the hands of the State or Federal legislative branch, not in the Executive. California Governor Gavin Screwsome, by saying that, is in direct conflict with the United States by declaring California independent âas a nation-stateâ (which it is not) of the United States and has committed an overt act of Sedition.
