Morley Glass Redirects Deliveries During Calais Disruption

A six lorry pile-up on the Germany autobahn and major delays as migrants attempt to get to Britain via Calais are not enough to prevent Morley Glass & Glazing from delivering its Italian-manufactured ScreenLine® integral blind systems to customers on time.

Morley Glass & Glazing is the UK’s biggest ScreenLine® integral blinds supplier and has employed an alternative haulier to by-pass Calais and travel from Italy via Holland to enter the UK at ports in Hull.

Ian Short, managing director at Morley Glass & Glazing said: “We work closely with ScreenLine® manufacturer Pellini, whose factory is in Milan, and have taken swift action to ensure there are minimal delays to customer orders of Uni-Blinds® our market-leading integral blinds system built with ScreenLine® inside.
