               Shifter was quick to swoop down near her and tap break on surface he landed on twice, his easy way of communicating yes. He wasn't following her per se, but he happened to see her taking her daughter for a short stroll and while he may not care about her particularly, there was a baby involved now and that innocent life didn't deserve to be thrown into the potential chaos he assumed he saw.

Faces of those very coincidentally going down the same paths as Camilla and Lucine were totally unfamiliar to him, so he could only assume that they were related to her former associations with the darkest arts.

He was aware that he could be totally wrong, but how exactly could he communicate these concerns to her? He wasn't even sure if this would even work, but beak was tapped against surface again, this time thrice as a warning to try and speed up a little while he attempted to figure things out from the sky.

               If it looked like blood and smelled like blood, it was blood, wasn't it? That's what made logical sense to the werewolf, the woman extremely familiar with the substance and various forms in which it came from.

"So." A sharp pause, a moment to observe it to ensure that it wasn't going to do something unexpected, like move or something. "If it's not blood, what do you think it is?"

               Jewel couldn’t help but let out a sigh. Not to be aimed at her friend, but the swell of growing baby made standing up for too long difficult. She also knew that this conversation was inevitable and she really did wish her brother were present to be some sort of distraction.

With hands on lower back and swaying just a little, witch finally spoke up. “You know it was  always the plan. For the both of us. Run around the place blindly before coming back home. I spoke about it all the time.” And looking back on it with the little maturity she’d gained on her chaotic travels, she maybe it could have been dealt with a little better on her end. But what was done had been done and all the both of them could do now was hopefully look forward to getting to know each other again as friends.

               Sigh left lips, wolf taking a moment to soak in just how happy he was, even going as far as leaning against Camilla for a moment while they both stood over their daughter's crib. Complete silence except for the funny little baby sounds that came from their newborn. "I'm real. You're real. She's real." There was the turning of head to kiss atop her gorgeous hair. "We're all real. This little family of ours is totally, completely and amazingly real."

               "I wouldn't go that far." Words came out thick with frustration as she sat back in chair, bringing index finger up to twirl wild curl of hair.

"Your friend came to me for help. Spoke of reversing a curse. Wanting to go back to the way he was before." She was nearly speaking through gritted teeth, no hiding the frustration bubbling within. "I felt his rage so I did a spell for him, but I can't help but feel it didn't work. Judging on my own experiences and his bestial reaction. He stormed out in a rage. Thankfully left my merchandise untouched." Brow shot up for an instant, a not so subtle way of telling the vampire that she would have been making up for it if there were damages. "But I do think you should track him down. Hells only know what he'll do if the wrong person pushes the wrong button."

               The words that left her lips inspired Finn to groan as there was an attempt to turn to face her. He would have laughed if he could, but with his whole body was aching in a way that couldn’t be described, that’s all he could really muster, so with more effort than it should have taken, he did find a way.

“I do think you’re being just a little bit dramatic.” Though he was currently completely aware that he’d slept for three days straight after doing nothing but working himself down to the bone at the farm. With such an excess of energy, why not put it to use? That was the logic he originally held, anyway.

When he eventually was able to face Demi with every ounce of waning strength he had, there was an attempt to hold himself up with the support of arms, but he was quick to end up on his back again.

Mouth was nearly opened to make a comment, but no words came out as eyes fixated on flame of candle moving in the way it did. Had it always moved that way? Was there always that many shades of yellow and orange? Totally encapsulated by the colours, he had to restrain himself from reaching out to touch it.

ㅤ                he's  alerted  to  the  security  breach  the  instant  it  happens,  his  senses  going  off  that  only  meant  one  thing.  her  sanctuary.  the  wards  should  be  impenetrable  and  yet  something  was  knocking  on  it.  orders  given  in  barked  tone  all  the  delay  it  costs  him  before  he's  there,  ready  to  kill  whoever  had  dared  to  come  to  the  threshold.  asking  questions  would  have  been  prudent  yet  he  wastes  no  time  with  that.  he  could  always  bring  his  prey  back  to  torture  the  answers  out  of  him  later  on  the  rack.  namely  how  he  had  managed  to  locate  the  one  who  dwelled  within.  the  death  is  quick  and  his  suit  now  tarnished,  his  attention  shifts  to  his  crimson  hands.

               She smiled up at Aiden before placing her hands on his chest, allowing fingers to tease down slowly before actually responding to the statement she had made. "No offence, babe, but I'm a trusted face. My regulars trust that I'm gonna get them what they're gonna pay for and... they can get a little dicy when they're faced with the unfamiliar when things should be routine." A little pout.
