Spider-Man and Daredevil from the front cover of Spider-Man and Daredevil Special Edition #1 (1983) featuring stunning art by Frank Miller with remastered digital colors by Scott Dutton (2016)
Brian Bolland's contribution to The History of the DC Universe Portfolio (circa 1986). These were the heroes active during the time of King Arthur: Etirgan the Demon, the Shining Knight, the Viking Prince, and the Silent Knight.
Scott Dutton over at Catspaw Dynamics decided to color the piece. He also added a logo to make it pop, and I think he did a great job:
The Brave and the Bold, before it became a superhero team-up book, was the original home of the Viking Prince and the Silent Knight, as well as other heroes of the past like the Golden Gladiator and Robin Hood.
BTW, it has been established that the Silent Knight, whose real name was Brian Kent, is an ancestor of Jonathan Kent, Superman's adoptive father.
