I didn’t forget to draw, it was just that a lot of things happened and I was very tired...
Times of crisis draw together unlikely allies, from all different backgrounds. Whether in service to the crown by tradition or by necessity, or not in service to it at all, the need to survive and the pursuit of justice unites people under the same banner.
Theril is the child of a pair of political refugees, nobles from the island kingdom of Scylla. Her parents came to Corasanne during the previous war, bringing intelligence on Dromin’s movements in exchange for protection, and while their aid was recognized, they are not well-trusted; Theril has worked hard to excel as a Tactician for the royal army despite that distrust. Theril is one of the first two playable units, marking a departure from the Tactician unit being customizable as she is instead assigned to advise the main player character. Her growths aren’t as ridiculous as those of playable Tacticians for that reason, but she remains a balanced and dependable unit.
Theril’s reclass options are Thief, Cleric, and Mage. The Trickster reclass is somewhat popular for her, but her stats render her viable (though not stellar) in any of her class options.
Anawen is one of Corasanne’s esteemed officers, and the series-standard prepromote Paladin. She joins with Theril in the first chapter, assigned to both assess the player character’s performance on their first mission and provide backup as needed; she leaves the party on other business several chapters later, with the other three cavaliers joining in her place, before rejoining again later in the game. Her stats are quite respectable and she rejoins at an appropriate level for the chapter she reappears in, but it’s best to be cautious not to rely on her too much so that the starting party still gain enough EXP.
Anawen’s reclass options are Armor Knight (lance), Wyvern Rider, and Soldier.
Aurek is not part of Corasanne’s military at all; born to parents captured by Dromin during the war and pressed into magical studies in the service of Dromin’s army when her potential was discovered, she escaped and found a new home on Felixandra’s ship, using her skills as a Fire Mage to defend the crew. She joins the party when Felixandra does, having been offered the choice to come with or go her own way after the ship is lost.
Aurek’s reclass options are Dark Mage, Cleric, and Myrmidon.
