It wasn’t unknown that aquariums were able to procure their animals, keep them to be rehabilitated and be sent back out where they came from. Those who were unable to return to their homes were kept safe behind glass to be gawked at by curious eyes, the staff mostly kind, but there were always the corporate people who believed that some should be kept as simple attractions, which was always saddening to those with soft hearts.

A light blonde was walking down the tunnel filled with many colored fish, being led by a ginger haired man with a rather fabulous mustache. He was talking about the perks of being on the job, getting to be up close and personal with creatures including sharks. However, as they walked down a set of stone steps, a small chill rippling down the halls, this was where the exhibits for those who lived in colder climates were settled. Of course there was the typical group of penguins, and maybe a few seals, but the faint light that shimmered through the windows of what looked like to be an expansive tank looked dull and empty.

“I’m sorry, but Coran, what is supposed to be in this one?” She asked curiously as she pointed to the open vastness of water.

“That? Oh...dear...” he sighed and lightly played with his mustache. “That is the exhibit for something rather special. If you’re lucky you’ll get to see him.”

Him? That was a weird way to put it as she moved over to the glass to peer through curiously. It was like nothing moved at all, and the touch of glass was cold to the touch with the temperature of the water.

“Come along, there’s much more to be looking at!” the man called to her and she got off the edge she had been standing on and quickly hurried after him, unaware of what truly lurked within.

I never was able to break out of that shell, I still get made fun of for liking it because of my age and still the stupid fact of I AM A GIRL.

I wish I had the courage to do that. I was shy and was made fun of alot.

But when I was in public, I told people they were wrong about pokemon facts. I was a big nerd, and they looking at a .. i think a pokemon guide to one of the Gamecube RPG pokemon games, and they were like “is this a smoke ball?”
