IT’S AN EXAGGERATION, AND HE KNOWS IT -------------------- if this is his way of attempting to garner a little extra SYMPATHY from her today, he’s going to have to do much better than to accuse her of being ANTI - SOCIAL. (   at least when it comes to him; there are plenty of people in this place she’d rather get a root canal from than have more than a two minute conversation just because.   ) 

           “wounded, you know that right? absolutely devastated. i can’t BELIEVE that you would accuse me of something so shitty,” she makes sure she’s in his line of sight when she begins to POUT, pushing out her bottom lip full force before she settles herself into the seat across from his work station. 

(   is this all meant to be a DISTRACTION from the fact that she is here to ask him for a favor? absolutely. the only variable now is how long she can get away with this before he figures her out and calls bullshit.   )

          Expecting the unexpected was common when it came to Newt. James was never sure what he’d get or be told but he supposed that was part of the fun sometimes. One of those little traits that seemed to draw him in. Though that hadn’t prepared him for what he saw when he opened the door to his place. A pair of beaded eyes almost at his eye level. A brown fluffy fabric that when he looked at it in whole resembled a bear. One of those cheesy red bows tied around its neck. He couldn’t even see Newt at this point.
