My kids tried fruit roll ups at a friends house this weekend that were all natural and so #yummy. I thought it would be fun to show them how to make them and they enjoyed helping. we puréed 2 cups of fresh strawberries (no added sugar or sweetener) and poured it onto a silicone baking mat (on a baking sheet) baked it on 145 degrees for 2 hours then let it sit an additional 30 min with oven off. Once cooled, we rolled it onto (unbleached) parchment paper and cut them into strips and tied with twine. So cute, and they really like them !
