funny story, my college has an odd vendetta against graphing calculators, and I'm the only one of my friends that has a scientific calculator (not the same thing)
before I knew my friends didn't have their own, I customized mine.
the friends I mainly share it with are 18/19yo guys, btw, and that's how my friend just rolled up to his physics exam with this bad boy:
wishing him luck btw. I hope these little ghostie boys help

thinking about last semester when we played scattergories in french, and for a character name that started with J, my friend said "javert" but he said it like "jah-vert", like, as written, and I just looked at him for a second and said "...Javert?" with the french pronunciation

Little anecdote I felt like sharing. A little girl moved in from Kanto a couple of months back and her parents got her a pet Ekans not too long ago.
Today in the morning she barged in into my office desperate because her pokemon's skin was falling off and she was worried it might die, and sure enough, the little Ekans showed clear signs of shedding skin.
I was still exhausted, with all the trips from and to Opelucid, so I didn't quite have the mind to explain it to her in a more... sensitive manner. So I ended up telling her that yes, all snake-like pokemon go through a shed of skin and that it will fall off no matter what she did.
I didn't realise my mistake until about five seconds later when she started bawling, holding her pet close.
Serves to teach me that there are still things to learn, like not telling a poor girl that her pokemon's skin is falling off while being too sleep deprived to explain that it's not a bad thing.
