For all my artists out there don't let anyone discourage you from your work, criticism is one thing, but don't let anyone tell you that your aesthetic or "style" is wrong because they don't like it! Everyone has their own voice, obviously work to grow and expand as an artist, but DONT let anyone tell you that what YOU enjoy doing in your art is wrong! Art is about exploring what you find intriguing and growing from that not what someone else's personal voice is, sorry but projecting your own bias onto others and having them form to what you consider art is not art! Legit had people on my campus preaching that meme poster with all the different people who will go to Hell. I donāt think Iāve ever seen a more infuriating thing being done on campus property. Like sorry but spreading hate and running your mouth and looking down on others is the complete opposite of being a good āChristianā so feel free to add yourself to the list next time before preaching to the public thank you! Be safe out there people, people are wild as fuck.
Also, the amount of fucking time they spend doing that shit accomplishes NOTHING. Go help people who are in need, DO something to help others and spread love and understanding not hate and fear.
