is antwuan back in jail and did terry kennedy really get shot in the face a few years back?
Can’t you just google this?
yeah TK was shot in the jaw and arm, and Antwuan is in jail, there’s even this floating around the slap forums - whether you want to still help this guy out despite the fact he’s wasted a lot opportunities is yours to decide.

Being Purposeful
Time is such a fleeting thing. We always want more and we are always trying to figure out where it went. "Where did the day go?" "Is it really August already?" I'm finding more and more as a first time mom and independent designer who works from home, the most important thing you can do is be purposeful with your time.
Over the years, in my younger days, I took time for granted as most of us do with our youth. It almost seems like a right of passage, to feel like we have all the time in world. Now, older with a family and many more responsibilities, the days go by so much faster, the years seem so much shorter. Time, it's self is moving quicker.
Really? Of course not. We just have so much more to do in our days, with work, families, homes, etc. More responsibilities and even more distractions. Twitter, email, movies and endless amounts of information in our pockets, with us at all times.
So many of us (me included) are just very pour at time management which often leads to procrastination, which as I mentioned, is so easy to come by. Lately, thanks to my husband, my newest distraction is the Science channel. It doesn't matter which of the dozen or so shows it is, they are all interesting. I can sit down with the intention of just watching one show while having lunch, but if I'm not careful one hour turns into three, and before you know it your whole afternoon is shot because you sat down to watch one show and unwind a bit. Something I am fully aware I am capable of doing, because I have done it. Granted, I was very pregnant and no longer working at the time. We were also just a few months into our new house. But I could sit and watch HDTV all day long. Getting ideas for future home projects, learning how to stain concrete or build a gazebo. I learned how to properly install flooring (wood and tile) and what to look for if our roof started leaking. None of which was related to any current projects. My project consisted of getting boxes unpacked. So how did this help me get anything done? It didn't, it was just much more interesting.
This is how we trick ourselves into feeling like we are doing something. We say, "But, I really learned something today." While this maybe true it's still not getting you any closer to your goal (what ever that may be). Reading about how to cook isn't going to help you become a better cook, if you aren't actually in the kitchen, chopping, mincing and making mistakes.
Gretchen Rubin wrote in "Manage Your Day-to-Day":
"what I do every day matters more than what I do once in a while." Day by day, we build our lives, and day by day, we can take steps toward making real the magnificent creations of our imaginations.
After reading this and a few other chapters in "Managing Your Day to Day", (A great book, I highly recommend it) I began to question more and more the things I was and wasn't doing throughout my day. I really didn't have a routine, a set schedule in place to help guide my day. I was just sort of wondering through it, which is much more of a hazard when you work from home. "Today I'll do this and later maybe I'll get to that." So, I sat down and literally dissected my day. Most of my days looked similar to this:
7am wake up & get my daughter ready for day care
7:30-8:30 go for a walk (some days)
8:30-9 shower/dress/get coffee
9-10 be at my desk to catch up on RSS feeds, twitter, news and email
10-10:30 figure out what needed to be done
10:30-11:30 start some work
11:30-1 lunch and errands if needed
1-2 house work (dishes, laundry, etc)
2-4 do some more work
4-5 finish up anything that needed to be done around the house before my husband and daughter got home
5:30-7 cook/dinner
7-9 spend time with the family, bath, read a book to my girl, then bed time.
9-11 Tv time with the hubby and maybe some twitter or web surfing
11-1am bed (just depending)
While I felt like I was doing a lot, I was surprised at how little I was actually accomplishing; and I felt it too. I regularly complained to my husband that I felt like a hamster on a wheel working and working and still getting no where. I was busy, yes, but I was far from productive, which in turn lead to my lack of motivation.
I spent my days trying to do a little bit of everything with no clear plan, no road map to how I was going to reaching my goal. Looking at my days written down on paper was a rude awakening. I had recently read a few articles on what successful people do in a day; from the moment they wake up to the moment they lay down. And they all had the same theme; wake up early, exercise and have a routine in place. This is what I was doing wrong.
It got me to really think about my routine, or lack there of to be more precise. I recently started writing every morning, but I had no clear time set aside for it. I just sort of did it when I thought about it and other than waking up and showering, it was the only thing I was doing on a daily basis. So, I started to make some changes. I decided I was going to be more purposeful with my time; all my time. I quickly wrote out the new schedule I wanted to start implementing. Which looks like this:
5am Wake up
5:15-6 Work-out
6-6:30 Shower/change
6:30-7:30 Make coffee, a quick bite to eat and get everyone up and ready for their day, ironing, lunches, extra.
7:30-8 RSS feeds, twitter and email
8-9 write
9-11:30 work
11:30-1 lunch break
1-4 work (with a few short breaks through out)
4-5 house chores (if needed)
5-5:30 (me time, before the little one get home)
6-7:30 cook/dinner (which my husband does some days too)
7:30-9 night time family routine, play then bed (my husband and I alternate nights getting our daughter ready for bed = bath, story time, then lights out)
9/9:30-10:30 (depending on how corporative my daughter is) time with the hubby
10:30-11:30 reading or last minute work (if I just can't wait)
11:30 Sleep
I'm a few days into the new routine and I've already noticed I'm much more focused on the tasks at hand and much more motivated to get things done. I'm not stopping to think about what I should do next or what I feel like doing first. Rather, I feel like I'm moving through my day with purpose and not just stumbling along the way.
The biggest change for me has been simply waking up earlier, which has made a huge difference; and was no small feat, as I am much more of a night-owl by nature. Being so much more productive in the mornings has given me the motivation to keep it going through out my day. Adding regular exercise back into my day, has also been extremely helpful. We hear it all the time, but as anyone with kids knows, regular sleep and exercise are usually the first things to go when adjusting to having a new baby in the the family.
So far I'm really happy with the new schedule, I feel more energized than I have in quite some time and I am excited to see how my schedule changes and develops over time.
First Semester Classes!
So, aside from thebaneofmyexistence math, I've got my classes all sorted out.
I have the most awkward scheduale this semester.. So I walk into government, only to see my boyfriends ex girlfriend to walk in and sit next to me. Then I walk in to my creative crafts class only to see my ex's girlfriend, Amyjo, walk in after me. THEN! I go to economics next and Amyjo walks in after me! So I was like okay whatever, THEN she waves at someone. I look over only too see HER boyfriend, MY EX in my class also.. my life is going to suck this semesterr...
