He's a comic relief character and he's just happy to be around. He really loves balloons in case you haven't noticed yet.
Also he's a single proud father
When I made Slushie, I was inspired by the PVZ 1 almanac page on Scaredy-Shroom and decided "You know what?? Why not make a clown Scaredy Shroom"
Slushie is still easily afraid of a lot of things, but what makes him stands out is that he.... giggles at things others don't expect Scaredy-shrooms to giggle at.. He's also very interested in the circus. And that's why he became a clown! Slushie is the morale booster of the garden, especially for the Scaredy-Shrooms, who he helps feel braver for a bit by making them laugh. More on him soon, but I'd say he's kinda braver than the rest of his peers, but that's probably because he likes to use humor through fear.
Not a ship (since Clara the Sun-Shroom is aroace) but I wanted to draw these two dancing to Domino hahaahahah
