could not sleep so i wrote a loose script for my doctors appointment thats now in 7hrs
#i am nervous.#scared even.#im gonna call my insurance company later to make sure its covered...#but hhhh#first appointment in a long time#first one where im ALONE#anywhoo#i got a good amount of health concerns i wannna tackle but im keepig it to 2-3 to not overwhelm#i need thjs to be productive yknow#but ourghhhh#im scareddd#i even texted my friends mom (whos a doctor) on advice on how to proceed#omg and i have to fast too#i have an incredibly light dinner and im regretting it#so much for a light workout before i go ðŸ˜#IM NERVOUSE AND SCARED AMD STRESSED#if my doctor doesnt follow my loose script thrn im going to be upset#WHAY IF THEYRE YUCKY AND SUM EVERYTHING UP AS JUST ANXITEY PROBLEMS#which like fair tbh BUT I SQEAR ITS NOTTT#ohh wait i js remembered thay i should also call my insurance place to hook me up w a dentist#almost all ll my wisdom teeth are in and its a real pain in the ass#anywho....#im gonna try to rest now....#gahhh....
