Paypal tell you when you have money you can accept, just because someone "send you money", and ask for a refund, If you NEVER accepted the money in the app (click accept), you dont have it, and they STILL have it, is a scam.

Possible scammer on TH I got the first one for five dollars for my OC VIveka but the second commission I never received. Waited over a month and never got the commission.
