Whelp, I finished second from last. It turns out that I suck at SCA steaks! Haha. I received the lowest score of everyone in appearance so I guess I need to figure out how to make grill marks. They liked the flavor, but hated the rest. It was also 30 degrees today. I guess I also need to figure out how to keep a steak at 70 until I cook it. I’ll keep testing and may do another one someday.
