Hate You/Love You
For mccallofthewild and his Scackson week.
Sucky writing. Read at your own risk.
He couldn't believe it.Â
It was over. That was the only thing that ran through Scott's mind as he saw Lydia clinging to Jackson, her perfectly manicured hands still holding on desperately to the key, while Jackson looked over her shoulder emotionlessly. Lydia thought that she was the reason he had stopped, thought that she was the one who had his heart.Â
And Scott didn't have it in him to tell her that she was wrong.Â
At first it was a love hate thing. After Scott got bit, after Scott got a taste of power, he wanted to fuck Jackson against the walls and show him who was boss after all those years of teasing. But everytime he did it, Jackson would turn it around next time and fuck him. It was an endless cycle, the two of them trying to fuck the other into submission. All behind Lydia's back.Â
It was after watching The Notebook with Lydia for the 200th time that Jackson finally admitted that their love/hate relationship was slowly starting to shift more towards the former. Something that Scott himself had thought for awhile. He had so bad wanted to tell Jackson about himself, tell him that he wasn't doing drugs like Jackson thought he was doing. But he couldn't. He wanted to protect Jackson. Keep him safe. As much as Jackson pretended to be strong, Scott knew better. Jackson was practically defenseless in the mental sense. That's why he hid behind his body. Behind beauty and muscles.Â
But now, looking into Jackson's eyes as Lydia clung to him, Scott knew that he had made a mistake. He should have just been honest. Jackson would find out one way or another. Eitherway, he was happy to see him alive. When he had saw Jackson dead, and thought that he was going to stay dead, he had thought his heart was about to break. But Jackson, fucking Jackson, was to stubborn for even death.Â
When everyone moved away, Jackson smirked at him and Scott couldn't help but to laugh and smile at him. "Hate you." Jackson said, although his tone and voice said the complete opposite.
"Hate you more." Scott said with a big smile as he looked at them. And it was there, once again when everyone was so close but not looking, that they shared a amazing kiss.Â
