I’ve had a hard time finding everyone’s contact info, so I created this. I’ve only added mine, and I’m hoping others who want could add their info to the list!
It is self governed, so if you don't want your info up there, don’t put it up there or remove it. If you see someone’s info up who has already left, you can remove it as well. I’ll try to check it myself every once in a while. Contact me if there are problems!
Hopefully this makes things easier!

We noticed that more of you guys are exchanging tokens for points and updating your trackers! It’s interesting to see what direction your characters are taking. We noticed that maybe some of our explanations on what you need to do in order to validate your tokens and points weren’t clear enough, which is why we’re offering a tutorial! We’ll probably link you to it if you ever make an honest mistake while updating, instead of trying to explain everything on the spot each time and probably leave out some important information.
So let’s follow Komiyama Akihiro’s tokens and points for a while! I will try to guide you through each step as if it was your own character, while providing examples.
Step 1 :Â Updating after receiving tokens
Each week, during the activity checks, you will get 5 tokens. It’s important that you update your trackers once you get them in order to exchange them later. Here’s an example of what to do!
Hiro received 10 tokens for the Grand Opening on July 3. His proof is this post. He now needs to update his tokens tracker in order for them to be valid when he wants to exchange them later on.Â
He goes on his tokens tracker and changes his total from 0 tokens to 10 tokens! But in order to prove why he suddenly added 10 tokens to his tracker, he needs to put the following: Â
The date on which he received the tokens: for this example, it would be 07/03/15
A direct link to the post which proves he received them: for this example, it would be the Grand Opening Annoucement
How many tokens were received: for this example, it would be 10 tokens
On Hiro’s blog, updating his tracker with his 10 tokens would look something like this :  ( 07/03/15 ) :: Grand Opening ☛ +10
As you can see, all the requirements are visible! Feel free to relook it the way that suits your taste, as long as everything is there. You will also notice that Hiro also updated the tokens he received on both activity checks, using the same process each time!
Please continue to read as it is very important!
Step 2 : When exchanging tokens for points through the gacha blog
When you reach a certain number of tokens, you can exchange them for either skill points, image points or supporters. For this example, I will use skill points as those are the only points you are required to keep track of yourselves. Image points and supporters are managed by us! You can of course keep track if you want, but it’s not mandatory.
After updating all the tokens he received ever since he became a member, Hiro now has a total of 20 tokens. He now would like to exchange half of them for a skill point.
The first step you need to do is going on the gacha blog and submit this form. Don’t forget to always put your character’s name as the title! When an admin checks if everything is in order, they will accept your transaction and post it on the blog for you to see. An accepted transaction looks like this. Hiro now exchanged 10 tokens for 1 aura point!
Keep reading through step 3 to know what to do once your transaction is accepted!
Step 3 : Updating once your transaction is accepted
Hiro’s transaction has been accepted! His proof is this post. Now, all he needs to do is update both of his trackers in order for the transaction to be valid!
Step 3.1 : Updating your tokens tracker
He goes on his tokens tracker and changes his total from 20 tokens to 10 tokens! But in order to prove why he suddenly lost 10 tokens to his tracker, he needs to put the following: Â
The date on which his transaction was accepted: for this example, it would be 07/17/15
A direct link to the post which proves he exchanged them: for this example, it would be this post.
How many tokens were exchanged: for this example, it would be 10 tokens.
On Hiro’s blog, updating his tracker would look something like this :
( 07/17/15 ) :: Exchange ☛ -10
Feel free to relook it however you want as long as everything’s there!
Step 3.2 : Updating your points tracker
You also need to prove that you bought your points. In order to do so, follow this last step!
Hiro now goes on his points tracker (click on the points tab) and changes his total from 20 points to 21 points! But in order to prove why he suddenly added 1 aura point to his tracker, he needs to put the following: Â
The date on which his transaction was accepted: for this example, it would be 07/17/15
A direct link to the post which proves he bought them: for this example, it would be this post.
How many points were bought: for this example, it would be 1 aura point.
On Hiro’s blog, updating his tracker could be something like this : Â
( 07/17/15 ) :: Exchange ☛ +1 aura point
As you can see on his blog, Hiro’s tracker is organized differently, looking a bit like a table. But all the information is still there and people are able to see which points were added by looking at the bolded ones! It’s another way to manage your tracker!      Â
Feel free to relook it however you want as long as everything’s there!
Bonus : Claiming rewards through the tracker blog
Claiming rewards on the tracker blog is a similar process as exchanging tokens.Â
Once you submitted your form and if you followed the rules correctly, an admin will check if everything is in order and validate your rewards by posting your form on the main. You can see an example of our member Sato Rina’s form here (but don’t forget to always put your character’s name as the title!)
When this form is posted and accepted, you need to provide a direct link to this same post somewhere in your points tracker so we know why you added yourself a certain number of points, as well as the date.
Rina, for example, could update her points tracker using something like this:  07/17/15 : AKB48 center part III (+2 singing points), and then change her total of points. You can see another example on Hiro’s tracker. Both methods are different, but the proof is the same, aka the date, a direct link to the post and what points were updated!
I really hope that this tutorial helped some of you that aren’t familiar with trackers yet! Once you get the hang of it, it’ll be very easy. It allows us to keep track of all of your points without having to check all the blogs and see when you exchanged this and that.
Of course, if you still have questions, please message us!
