In my experience of watching German dubs in Switzerland, particularly South Park and SpongeBob... Squidward sounds weird. I saw a few episodes from all eras of the show in the span of four mornings, and everyone else sounds perfect but Squidward sounds kinda bland compared to his iconic nasally voice.
P.S. Oh and I absolutely hate the lack of a laid back tone to the French narrator.
P.P.S. the episodes I watched was Krusty Krushers, Procrastination, SpongeBob Long-Pants, Shell Games, The Card and Copybob Ditto-Pants.
P.P.P.S. The Card is hilarious, I have to say this.
P.P.P.P.S. Since my TV doesn't have cable, having Nickelodeon as a block on the set channels on a German TV made me realise how out of touch I am, for example I completely forgot that there was a live-action The Loud House spinoff.
P.P.P.P.P.S. Camp Coral seems funny, but as for the intentions behind the show and the other spinoff, I'd kinda be like PIEGUYRULEZ was initially, say Nick was innocent until proven guilty. The show seems hilarious from a couple of episodes I've seen.
