Auntie had a doctor's appointment out by her place today. She took Young Pinocchio and The Princess with her (their desire) and dropped them off to play with the Gs. It must have been a good time, as it was a brief doctor's appointment at 10:30 and they just left for home about 15 minutes ago. With the two highest maintenance children out and about, I sat down in the kitchen to do the homework I should have gotten done during our summer vacation at this cozy house. It took a really long time. Hours. :-) The kids are now under orders not to touch or move anything in the kitchen. I need to take a break, but I want to add shading and color tomorrow. :-)

After Midnight

I stayed up late enough that it is now Friday and I have a new Sketchbook Skool lesson available. Though, I do want to take some time this weekend (around bathroom repairs) to do some sky watercolors for Prashant's homework. I did do a watercolor of the pool, but we left before I got to the sky. As with the colored pencils, I think I need to practice a light hand quite a bit. :-)
