Niall was annoyed that the traffic had kept him from seeing Haleigh's reaction to the new camera he had bought for her. He would have to imagine the surprised look on her adorable face instead. Niall had another surprise up his sleeve and this one he was not going to miss. Entering his flat, Niall set his belongings down at the door. He saw Haleigh in the kitchen playing with her camera and smiled to himself. He checked her the jewelry box in his pocket deciding to take it out of the box instead. Niall walked up behind her slowly and draped a beautiful diamond necklace around her neck. He didn't say a word, he simply waited for her reaction.
Haleigh was in the kitchen taking pictures of random objects, testing out her new camera. Normally, she wouldn’t have accepted the gift. She wasn’t the type of girl who necessarily like to be showered with expensive gifts and spoiled but for some reason it didn’t bother her when it came from Niall. For some reason, she actually liked the thought of Niall spoiling her. “Babe, this camera is amazing.” she called from the kitchen when she heard him come through the door. She jumped a little when she felt Niall put the necklace on her. She gasped lightly as she looked at it. It was beautiful and suited her very well. She turned to face him with a bright smile on her face. “I love it..” she said softly as she kissed him, gently. “What’s the occasion? Why all the gifts?” she asked with a light laugh.
